I stayed here in April with my husband and child. I have waited to write this review, in hopes the hotel would resolve this issue, but they won't respond to my contact attempts and it has now been 7 months. I am hopeful that I will finally get the manager to return my countless messages after writing this. We checked in and everything was fine. We went up the room and dropped off our things. We quickly used the restroom (we found a few stray hairs that weren't ours, but didn't get too bothered by that). We left to go hiking and came back after dinnertime. When it was time to go to bed, we discovered that one bed had BLOODY SHEETS! This was not just a stain that had gone through the wash. This was fresh blood!! We checked the other bed and upon pulling back the sheets, we found about 10 long black hairs and wrinkled sheets, that had clearly not been changed. No one in our group has black hair and no one had gotten into that bed. I spoked with the front desk and requested a new room, as our daughter was exhausted and we wanted to sleep. We changed rooms and we were PROMISED that a manager would contact us the next day. We were never contacted. When we checked out, I inquired about this again. I was told that a manager would call me and would either provide a partial refund or some points. The call never came. I have sent emails and left messages for SEVEN MONTHS. I think that finding bodily fluids in our bed (which could carry diseases) warrants a phone call. I am guessing the manager is hoping that I will give up, but he/she mistaken.

Not a great start to a vacation. Kids running up an down the hallway for hours. Doors slamming. Even adults calling down the hallway to talk to their kids. Probably slept 3 hours total.
