Beautiful cottage We were a group of 4 women and loved the cottage and especially the kitchen! The living room was on the 2nd floor (to Americans) and had comfortable seating. Stairs a bit narrow for those who have mobility issues but there is a nice en-suite bedroom on the ground floor. There was a beautiful garden but unfortunately we only made minor use due to weather. The pub for Sunday does not do dinner and we found after arriving at the Barley sheaf in the next village they also don’t do Sunday later dinner. Even though the hours say open you have to look at the times they serve food. We found a great fish and chips in Mevagissey so starvation averted!

Family break in St Ewe We had a very enjoyable week in St Ewe. Sue's cottage was lovely. It was very comfortable and immaculate inside. Communication with Sue was quick and easy. The cottage was in a perfect location, and the pub across the road was ideal!

Gorgeous cottage We had a lovely stay at Nantuat Stables. Perfect spot for exploring the surrounding countryside and beaches. The house is beautiful - the pictures don’t do it justice! We hope to stay again another time.

Lovely property We enjoyed our short break here, the owner Sue was very welcoming and helpful. The house is very comfortable and handy to have 3 ensuite bathrooms. Lovely garden, the kitchen was great if you want to cook or the pub a short walk away was great. Plenty of places to visit within a short drive.

A Gorgeous Property… An Exceptional Experience The Stables was our base of operations for our stay in Cornwall and it was an outstanding experience for our entire party. The appointments were excellent and the interior was spacious and clean. The rooms were comfortable and well laid out so that we were able to relax and enjoy the hours spent not on the go. The location was perfect for exploring Cornwall, from Tintagel to St. Ives and beyond. The local pub was a stones throw from the cottage door and the local experience was fantastic. The garden was perfect for cooking out and spending the evening in a lovely space with friends and family. We all highly recommend the property and will look back fondly on our stay.

Walking the coastal path We booked the cottage to allow us access to the coastal path. It was perfect for all drop offs and pick ups! Weather was rather against us, but luckily the cottage had good washing facilities and we had dry clothes for every day. Everyone slept well. We also used the local pub twice for an evening meal and we were grateful for its close proximity. All in all a good comfortable stay which everyone enjoyed.

Beautifully restored house in quiet location Lovely old building restored to very high quality. The south facing garden area was a delight. So quiet, restful and comfortable. The outhouse was a delight to sit in out of the sun. The local pub did nice food and was only a few steps away.

Another wonderful stay This was our second visit to Nantuat Stables (which speaks for itself), and it didn’t disappoint. It is an absolutely beautiful property, equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday (we were a party of 6, spanning 3 generations ranging from 9 to nearly 80). It is situated in beautiful, peaceful countryside with a great pub on your doorstep serving fantastic food, with the convenience of being less than 10 minutes to several lovely beaches, and other major attractions nearby. Sue is a welcoming and helpful host and I couldn’t recommend this property more.
