An amazing experience from start to finish, the staff are friendly and went the extra steps to ensure we had a great stay,
Lovely Spa to chill out in,
The room was luxurious with everything you could need,
Delicious breakfast and as an added extra the coffee van over the road makes tasty coffee which is free to residents for the whole of the stay,
Free parking car park next to the building
We will stay again next time we’re in St Andrews

Staff were lovely and accommodating, nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast options and very tasty.
I would not recommend staying top floor in the annex to anyone with walking difficulties or even those who can’t manage steep steps. The room layout with the windows and low slopping ceiling meant my partner cut his head open and I bumped mine too but was only bruised. Only one chair at the table where coffee machine was and this was broken - so was disappointing.

A fantastic one night stay
I had a fantastic one night stay. The hotel is located in the heart of St Andrews, close to all of the town’s amenities. The staff were professional and welcoming (Klaudia in particular was very kind and took the time to talk to me about my visit to St Andrews). My room was spacious and had a very large, comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent: there was a plentiful continental selection in addition to the cooked breakfast.
-My room was mostly very clean (apart from some dust on the top shelf of the wardrobe).

This is such a lovely small hotel. Great location for the beach, golf course and main town. Everything is 5 minutes walk away. We had a deluxe studio room which was amazing. The bathroom was so large with a great socking tub and shower. The staff were also so helpful especially Lisa on reception and Urquhart in the bar. He made great cocktails. The breakfast was 1st class and had a chef who cooked fresh to order.

We had a fantastic stay at the Kinettles Hotel , rooms are really nice with coffee machine , house coats etc bed was fabulous . The bathroom was really big and loved the shower . Breakfast was plentiful with a full menu . All staff were really pleasant .

Mini break away with my Mum ! Booked last minute and was delighted with the hotel. Room was lovely, very comfy and spacious. Great shower. The breakfast’s were delicious. Plenty choices and really tasty. Compliments to the chef! The receptionist was lovely, really friendly and super helpful.
