Well located hotel. Nicely decorated room with modern shower. Amble facilities. Sadly the spa was closed. I was notified before my arrival and i was pleasantly surprised to find a complementary upgrade which made up for it. Breakfast was nicely cooked. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable …..shoutout to Lucie, a most amazing member of the team - helpfulness, compassion, knowledge and friendliness stood out. Only downside is lack of a lift, however completely understand it’s a listed building.

Great location and walkable to all areas of St Andrews. Junior suite was spacious, clean, well presented and very comfortable. Staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Like most hotels in town they don’t have their own parking and while a free 29 space car park is within 50 yards, parking will always be a challenge. Thankfully Fife Council charges are reasonable if you can find a space on the street. That’s a St Andrews issue farther than the hotel though and we would certainly stay again. Well done team.

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. My one quibble is that the front desk was not present when trying to check out early in the morning. Breakfast was delicious. Overall I had a very positive experience.

Great location , great welcoming staff , room was lovely, had a junior suite , clean, comfortable. Breakfast was delicious . Didn’t use the spa facilities as just there one night . Would highly recommend. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever

Took advantage of the Winter deal before the planned refurbishment. The room and bathroom was lovely, staff were quite attentive. Breakfast was great. A very professional lady provided the wonderful spa treatments and the exclusive use of the facilities was appreciated. Aspires to be 5 star I would say, a fair bit off the mark, in reality more like 4ish. It is a quieter time of year and parking was not easy but I wouldn't fancy our chances in high season. That said Ringo parking is not expensive.
