No.8 is an extremely comfortable stone-built cottage dating from the 1890s located in a peaceful private development within 5 minutes walk of St Andrews town centre and 15 minutes walk from the Old Course. Fully modernised, furnished and equipped to a premium standard, the house comprises 2 bedrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen and back garden. The dining room serves as a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. No. 8 is a perfect location for families or groups visiting St Andrews for any reason.

No. 8 is furnished and equipped to a luxury standard with everything you could need for an exceptional, relaxing stay as you explore St. Andrews and the beautiful surrounding areas. The patio style back garden includes table and chairs and a small BBQ allowing outside eating. WiFi, TV, music system, washing machine. tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso machine and filter coffee set are all included. The property also comes with a private car parking space allowing hassle free access to the heart of St. Andrews.

PERFECT LOCATION WITH ALL THE AMENITIES~
We stayed for 3 nights in September 2024. Home was spacious and comfortable. Host provided lots of info on the home and the town. We would stay here again and would gladly recommend to others travelling in the area. One note, there was a few scented products in the home, this was an issue for one of our party with allergies.

Wonderful location
Very nice home conveniently located within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Nicely appointed kitchen. Overall a great way to experience St. Andrews.

Stayed for 3 nights to attend family wedding
Really good communication with host. House was nice, complimentary wine and biscuits on arrival. We had everything we would need, hair dryer, iron, iron board, condiments in kitchen cupboard etc. location was brilliant, short walk from main city centre. House was clean, spacious and as described and pictured. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in St Andrews.

Lovely cottage
We had a great stay, the location is ideal for everything on offer in St Andrews. Communication with the owner was very good and the pictures do not do justice to this lovely property. Should we be back in St Andrews we would not hesitate to return to this property.

Fantastic, wonderful home!!
We had such a lovely stay in Ross’s home. It was the perfect size for our family of four, was perfectly clean, well-stocked kitchen, lovely outdoor garden, and just a few minutes walk to downtown St. Andrew’s. The host was absolutely fantastic in helping us arrange our stay! She answered our many questions promptly and even helped us arrange a delivery of groceries prior to our arrival. We will absolutely stay here again. It is a delightful place to visit St Andrews!
