Good place to hangout with friends .one of the top notch hotels in india jammu and kashmir .the staff is very good and supportive.everone is doing their best for the comfort of the guests .they look after even the small things which you can't imagine.. What an amazing customer service the hotel snowland is providing The hotel very close to dal lake The satff is excellent and very courtious Frontoffice as well as housekeeping ar fabulous Food is too good and mouth watering Rooms r too speicious and have beautiful acent of kashmir type Modern Aminaties are fitted Swimming pool and recreation zone, coffee shop and music We had a wonderful time in snowland Srinagar We strongly recommend this hotel thanks🌹

We are very happy in this hotel all staff are good behave service is upto the mark tasty food rooms are neat and clean Resturant Guy aadil given best service Housekeeping Bilal also nice guy Especially thanx to Manager Mr Ashiq gi he look after us very well Front office also Good.....over all all staff nice

Customer service at every level was exceptional . Buffet options were so many to choose from and taste is very good . Server will go above and beyond for your every request . Rooms were clean and huge . They made fresh roti and papad us every day we were there . It was our fate to meet this kind of service . Pure class 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Wonderful Experience at Our Stay in Srinagar! Snowland Hotel. We recently stayed at this beautiful hotel in Srinagar as a group of 10, and our experience was simply fantastic. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was well taken care of. A big thank you to the General Manager Moien for the warm hospitality and for making all the arrangements seamless. Special appreciation to Chef Aqib for serving us delicious meals every day – every dish was authentic, fresh, and full of flavor! We would also like to thank the entire team including Aaqib Wani, Dawood, Yawaz for their service, attentiveness, and friendliness truly made our stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, the location was scenic and peaceful, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. we’d love to come back!
