This was our first visit to Kashmir and that too for our honeymoon. The staff at Snowland went over and above in making our stay comfortable. Rafiq and Salim helped us in a seamless checkin and check out experience and Aabid was constantly supporting us in our dining experience. We also got upgraded to presidential suite which was the best room in the property. The facilities, food and the staff behaviour made our stay wonderful and we would definitely recommend this place.

Wonder full service & excellent food beauty full stay at snowland hotel dinner buffet was amazing & delicious.. staff was very helpful.. everything is good yummy breakfast especially thanks to chef Ishtar yummy dinner & breakfast.. room was very good.. I love snowland

The hotel team is incredibly kind, polite, and exceptionally guest-friendly. They’re always ready to assist with a warm smile, which truly enhances the stay. A special mention goes to Rafiq, who demonstrated outstanding honesty and support. After I had checked out, I realized I had forgotten cash in the locker. When I called Rafiq, he was very understanding and assured me that my money was safe. He personally took care of it and offered to either hold it securely for me to collect or arrange for a transfer. Such professionalism and trustworthiness are truly commendable. Thank you, Rafiq, and the entire team, for your excellent service!

We had an amazing experience with the hotel Snowland Srinagar, it was our first visit to Kashmir and we loved entire Kashmir for its beauty, hospitality and excellent services of staff specially the front office team Mr. Rafik wani, Ms uznain, Mr Saleem and Mr Zakir was always available at service with politeness and smile. Restaurant staff are also very nice on their jobs, belldesk team were very co operative and housekeeping team is also good. In short it was an mesmerizing tour for us We will definitely come again and stay in Snowland Srinagar, and Snowland sonmarg Thank you very much 😊
