Service, cleaning and food, all the things was so unsatisfactory, didn't liked my stay at this property as shown in photos and reviews.

I was doubtful about this hotel while doing the booking and the doubt turned out to be true. Property location is not good, hotel needs renovation. Bathroom fittings in our room were broken, furniture full of dust and in torned state.
Food is also below average. Breakfast buffet is highly disappointing. Avoid going to this hotel.

Practically room which was given us thats very small height and can get head injuries 🤕.

There was some stink in the wash room. TV was not great with less choice of channel and poor reception. The Hotel needs a renovation

I recently had the pleasure of dinning at Mr Faisal f&b department and I must say ,it was an outstanding experience!The service was top notch ,with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met What truly stood out , however,was the exceptional hospitality displayed by the Mr Faisal F&b team.They were warm welcoming and made us feel like valued guests.....,,,
