Good service staff The cleanliness in the room is not much. Decent food, dirty corridors, rooms advertised to extinguish the truth, not dirty Expensive, cleanliness and facilities could be better.

This is the best hotel of Kashmir view for hospitality and have a beautiful ambience.. I must say their staff is very experienced and cooperative..the food is so tasty.. they have a beautiful rooms and the staff is very talented..all the best

The overall experience was "Meh!". Pathetic views of the backyard from the Executive suite; late check-in as the room was not clean, depressing bathroom with broken toilet seat, late checkout was an issue despite delaying my checkin by 2.5 hours. No apologies on my complaining at checkout, quite callous staff.
Quite a pathetic experience, especially for having paid such a steep price for a 2 star experience. The location of the property is also not that great and the staff attitude was "unhospitable". Apparently, the hotel earlier had a Sarovar Hotel affiliation but then quality must have gone down for Sarovar to break the affiliation. Golden Tulip might be well served to review their affiliation as well. I am not going to this place ever again for sure.

The location of the property is really good. Next to lalit hotel and near dal lake. Staff is also polite and friendly. But rooms are not as per the standard, too small in size. Plus the food also is okayish, too oily I would say.
Overall a decent stay but I had higher expectations given the price and the rating

Had a good stay however the place seemed pricey. Imran from the management team did help overall. I had just my grandfather traveling so they were cooperative by all measures. Recommending this place if you dont get anything last minute…..

An undoubtedly amazing experience at Golden Tulip. The staff and their service is greatly appreciated. No stone was left unturned in their service . Special kuddos to Miss Saima and her team for being so forthcoming with their help. A must stay for Kashmir!

Amazing service by staff beautiful property stayed two days with family I enjoyed my time hotel is just 5 minutes walk from dal lake making it very convenient the room was spotless & the bed was extremely comfortable staff went above & beyond to ensure I had great stay

From the moment I arrived at the Golden Tulip Srinagar everything was exceptional. The warm welcome, seamless check-in, and beautifully designed room made for an unforgettable stay. The comfort, cleanliness, and stunning views were beyond expectations. The hotel’s amenities, from the spa and cafeteria to the exquisite dining options, added to the luxury.
