I wanted to share a wonderful experience I recently had during my stay at the Welcome Hotel in Srinagar. The hotel is conveniently located on the serene Dal Lake, making it easily accessible to all the ghats, which is a huge plus for those looking to explore the area. The staff at the Welcome Hotel were incredibly helpful and polite, ensuring that all our needs were met with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay a memorable one. Additionally, the food at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of flavorful dishes that catered to all our tastes.The menu is expensive. The F & B staff were so courteous . I highly recommend considering the Welcome Hotel Srinagar for your future visits to the region. It was a delightful experience, and I am sure you will enjoy it as much as I did. Special thanks to Masoor imtiazcand syed for the incredible support and have no words to express their support during the emergency especially for tourists. They made us feel at home. Highly appreciate the entire team of Welcome hotel, dal lake.

Welcome Hotel’s location was perfect, right in the heart of Srinagar in front of Dal Lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We booked four rooms and all rooms were very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. Special thanks to Masroor for arranging the best possible and comfortable stay! Excellent location & accommodation with 5***** hospitality and services. Food is also very delicious. Mr Imtiaz at the reception is very courteous and accommodating, which exceeded our expectations. Restaurant manager Mr. Sheikh Imtiyaz, Ajaz, Javed, Zahid are amazing persons in hospitality industry. All the staff in the hotel provides service with a smile. Must stay in this fabulous hotel and enjoy Kashmir trip. God bless!

1. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL THEY COULD NOT LOCATE MY RESERVATIONS. HOWEVER AFTER 15 MINUTES THEY MANAGED TO GET A ROOM AND UPGRADE ME TO A LAKE FACING ROOM. 2. FRONT DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL ESPECIALLY MR.IMTIAZ BHAT. HE HELPED US A LOT DURING OUR STAY. 3. RESTAURANT MANAGER MR. YOUNIS WAS JUST TOO GOOD IN IS APPROACH. WHATEVER OUR REQUEST WAS ATTENDED TO. HE REQUIRES A SPECIAL MENTION. 4.ROOMS WERE GOOD AND COMFORTABLE. 5. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD TOO.

The stay was very good and I really enjoyed. The breakfast was amazing and so were all the meals we had. All the staff was very welcoming and warm and me and husband really enjoyed our stay in your hotel. Thank you for the most lovely stay and I hope to come again

A very good hotel just in the opposite side of Dal Lake. The rooms are very neat and tidy. Especially the business suite and the suite rooms. Most of the amenities as daily per requirement are available. Availability of car parking is a great advantage. We had few problems related to bathroom blockage but hats off to the entire staff who spontaneously fixed the problems in no time. The only advice to the management is to regularly check the bathroom blockage and room electrical switches as few of them were not in working condition in our Business Suite Room. Also the bathrooms should have exhaust fans installed. The entire hotel staff deserve a 5 star rating for their spontaneous and humble behavior. Great service. One advice....please increase your FOOD MENU.

Everything was just great.. the front desk people , specially Imtiaz bhai was very cordial and ready to help ..the location, the ambience, the food and the overall staff were all very helpful and soft spoken.. Imtiaz bhai at the front desk and at the restaurant both were very polite too

Hotel Welcome was the best and the staff also like Imtiyaz was the best . There dealing was very good and they were humble. I would definitely recommend this hotel while coming to Srinagar . It’s centrally located. Everything is just a minute away from this hotel
