This is one of the best trips of my life. I went with my family and stayed in Orchard resort and retreat in Srinagar. The reason why we had such a smooth trip was Tanveer ( Tanveer Bashir) . He picked us up from the airport and the first interaction with him was very comforting. He has such a nice soul and warm heart filled with amazing humor and caring nature. He took our whole responsibility to take us to Pahalgam and then again coming back to Srinagar. He also arranged other cars that we needed to go to specific spots like *** valley, Betab Valley and Chandanwari ( where we need specific cars only to travel) . The BEST part of this trip was going to Sinthan top ( which was Tanveer's idea primarily) and we never regretted. This place is highly recommended to get fresh snow ( specially in April and may ) . All over we had a very nice trip and thanks to Tanveer for his constant guidance and care towards us .

Excellent property. Great land scraping. Rooms very spacious and toilet fitted with quality fittings. AC and heater Wi-Fi functional. Good equipment in outdoor recreation area and also indoor games. Good food spread. Tasty veg and non veg dishes. Courteous and very helpful staff. Reasonable cost

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Orcahed Retreat and Spa. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff here are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile—it really made a difference in our overall experience.
The property itself is beautifully maintained, offering a serene and picturesque location that adds so much charm to the stay. The views are absolutely stunning, and it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind amidst nature.
The food was delicious with a great variety, and the in-room dining experience exceeded our expectations—special thanks to the dining staff for being so efficient and courteous.
We would especially like to thank our driver, Tanveer, who was with us throughout our trip to Srinagar. He made us feel safe and comfortable at every step, and his local knowledge and friendly nature added so much value to our journey.
Overall, The Orcahed Retreat and Spa is a perfect getaway with top-notch service, amazing people, and an unforgettable atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay! We recently stayed at Orchard Retreat, Srinagar, and had a fantastic experience. The hospitality here is truly top-notch and made our trip even more memorable. A special mention for Tanbir, our cab driver - he was extremely friendly, helpful, and always offered genuine advice about places to visit and things to do. His warm nature and local insights really made exploring Srinagar, Sonmarg, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam, easy and enjoyable. He was so friendly with my son and connected amazingly well with him. The restaurant team also deserves huge appreciation - Parveez, Lateef, Javeed, Akhter, Rahil, and Bilal went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They were always courteous, attentive, and especially wonderful with our little toddler. They even customized meals for us, ensuring quick service without compromising on quality. It felt like dining with family! The property itself is beautiful — serene, clean, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommend Orchard Retreat for anyone visiting Srinagar, especially families traveling with young children.

It’s a beautiful property with lots of greenery around equipped with both indoor and outdoor games. It’s kid friendly as they provide bicycles for every age group and rides too. Great staff to cater your dietary restrictions specially mention to Lateef who catered our needs. Food could be little better but overall great stay.

We booked the place because it had no bar and no alcohol policy which was informed to us. Inspite of the this they served alcohol to a my father with health issues inspite of being informed about the same to them at the time of check-in. The food services and the room service is very slow I believed that is due to lack of staff It was today that we had requested for a drop to the airport. The driver was late and to cover the delay he was driving very recklessly and we didn’t feel safe. We had also rented a taxi through the hotel yesterday and the driver was rude and didn’t let us complete the 8 hours inspite of paying for the full day Please be aware if the SPA staff Positives about the property : 1) well maintained 2) food quality great 3) no extra charge for the room services 4) garden well maintained Don’t know if I can recommend it for stay but can recommend it for food.

The hotel hospitality is supper The ambience is supper This is recommended hotel in Srinagar Best family friendly resort The cottages give you good experience. It is very clean, has many fun games in the game room. It is worth the stay. We would like to thank Mr. Parvaiz restaurant manager For managing the staff and customers with great ease Also to he staff are really good with prompt response to the customers, we are very happy with Rahul lateef and bilal who served us very good.
