Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The room was very spacious, neat, and spotlessly clean, which made it extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and whatever you needed was served with great care. A special thanks to Fayaaz and Sahil ***** with their team, who served everything with warmth and kindness. Their hospitality really made our experience memorable. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One small point worth mentioning – not related to the hotel team but to Lemon Tree management – is regarding the internet service. The basic internet provided in rooms is quite slow, and guests are asked to pay extra for high-speed internet. In today’s time, fast internet should be a basic amenity, and this policy feels like a poor management decision. Overall, the team here gave us a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel at prime location with nice ambiance, reentrant is nice Fathima, Danish and rest of the people were nice and Cheff. Owyas aquib is expert in customised food. 😉

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lemon Tree. The location is great, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the lawn is lovely. But best of all is the quintessential Kashmiri hospitality. Danish and Sahil were extremely attentive. And Chef Shah Mohammed Ali was personally attentive to our culinary tastes— fabulous experience!
