This is the second time I booked the houseboat and the experience remains the same. Amazing view, great hospitality, tasty food and above all that very well maintained houseboat. Sohaib bhaiya is an amazing host. Will always come back to this place. No complaints at all. Had an amazing time there.

The New York House Boat was beautiful with lots of wooden features, inside were 3 bedrooms with ensuite, air conditioning and heater and everything we needed for a comfortable night plus an upper deck. However, we spent most of our time lounging on the front of the boat making the most of the cool breeze and stunning scenery of The Zabarwan Range. All we had to do was relax and soak up the beautiful nature all around us and wave to the shikaras while the staff served us a delicious custom made meal.

Our stay in houseboat was truly unique and relaxing. The location was superb with lake and Mountain View's. Houseboat bed room was well equipped. Living room was good. The food was superb. The staff was very friendly and make sure what we needed. Overall it was an wonderful experience.

Me and my friend came in August of 2025, we had a super good time. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Food was very good and the views were spectacular. Would recommend coming here to anyone.

Stayed here at the end of a cycle trip from the Spiti Valley. It was the best place to end a trip, relax, enjoy the lake and we ate great food made by the staff here. The boat was extremely beautiful, and chilling on the front deck was some of the best chilling I’ve ever done.
