This was truly one of the best stays we had over these years. The entire team of ARCO Hotels delivered unmatchable hospitality close to top rated 5 stars. Right from check in we had a memorable experience. The food was good and breakfast was exceptional. Rooms were squeaky clean and anything we requested for was done promptly. Couldn't have asked for a better property in Srinagar.

The Hotel is new and very well designed. During the short stay I was unwell, the staff helped me medical attention and providing dinner in Room as I was unwell. The whole experience of staying in here is delightful, I highly recommend this Hotel for staying in Srinagar and that too if u want to be close to Srinagar Airport.

The place is aesthetically designed with extreme attention to detail. During the short stay my son was unwell, the staff helped me reach the nearest medical hospital. The whole experience of staying in here is delightful, I am going to always keep coming back anytime I am in Srinagar. Very highly recommended for cleanliness, staff behaviour and a beautiful set up.

I enjoyed every day of my stay. Very good kitchen with also european meals, a nice garden outside to take a rest. Swimmingpool and fitness. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, in the restaurant and also the housekeeping is doing excellent work. I recommend Arco for sure to all my business partners who’re visiting Kashmir 👍

We had a lovely stay at Arco Hotel, rooms are very comfortable, the team is absolutely amazing, very welcoming, warm and efficient people. A special thanks to my dear Ishrat who made our stay memorable! We enjoyed our holidays in Kashmir and we will definitely come back ! Bahut Chukria :)

I had the most comfortable stay.Place is new and very clean..Service is prompt.Overall very happy with the experience.Its a safe and secure place..Home away from home.Highly recommend this place to other travellers as well.Breakfast buffet was also good.

hotel far from everything, overlooking a busy road 24/24; beautiful structure and more than good offer of services (gym, swimming pool, spa) in a place frequented mainly by locals. the hotel has European prices and pretensions of an international hotel, but does not meet expectations; nice and functional rooms, small bathrooms; lukewarm water. for this price in northern India in much more beautiful places you can spend fabulous nights in dream hotels; it must be said however excellent cuisine and super friendly staff. inexplicable price
