This was a really disappointing experience. We had Room # 10 which was dark, dingy and smelly. We stayed for two nights but we did not have any service to make up our beds and tidy the room. We went to the front desk which resulted in nothing. Most of the time the front desk had a sign that there was no one available. We experienced silverfish in our bed as well. Not an experience that we would recommend or repeat.

Decent location and nice hotel. We loved the window seat looking out over the mountains. Check in and parking was easy. We also ate on site at the brewery, which was pretty good. Unfortunately when we arrived in our room it smelled TERRIBLE! We opened both the windows and the door to try to air it out, and at one point were even searching under the bed and in drawers to see if a previous guest had hidden a turd. For reference, we are cattle farmers so we’re pretty used to unpleasant smells at home, but this was bad! The smell eventually got better, but never completely went away.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a trip around Southern BC and have wanted to come here for many years as we love a decent brew pub. The hotel is right at the southern end of town meaning its peaceful with very little traffic around, but still easily walkable to the shopping area or to catch busses (they go to the Gondola seasonally as well as Brackendale to see the eagles or drink at the Watershed). Although our room was virtually overlooking the bar area, they are generally closed by 9pm so your never disturbed. The bed was comfortable and the views of the Chief excellent. Lastly, you are staying next to one of the coolest brew pubs in Canada (maybe the world). Great staff, great food, great beer and your surrounded by mountains. What more do you need. Honestly it beats anything in Whistler. We WILL be back.

Reasonably priced, but poor thin walls between bedrooms, which makes it difficult to sleep.
Breakfast included was extremely poor quality with no plates , cutlery or napkins, .
