Was a pleasant stay, a little noisy with people in the hallway, but that stopped at around 10:30.

The night staff was nice. When we arrived, it took a minute for anyone to realize we were standing at the desk, but once noticed, they were nice to deal with.
Breakfast was horrible. No sausage or bacon with the powdered eggs. Biscuits and gravy was terrible. No meat in the gravy, no flavor either. The biscuits were undercooked. No fresh fruit options. The bread items were a bit hard. Had to ask where the butter was. The coffee was so weak, it looked more like tea. Couldn’t drink it.
The morning staff, again, once I got their attention, was friendly.
The beds were a bit worse for the wear. My daughter and her husband had to fight rolling into the middle of the bed. My bed was comfortable, but I was able to sleep in the middle.
Overall, not terrible, but also won’t stay there again.

Not the place to go!! The service was not helpful. No guide for tv, room actually dirty not vac, and the worst was no toilet paper backup, had to go to the desk to get it.
The so called free breakfast on friday morning was a joke--they explained only weekends have full breakfast. Have no clue how this hotel got a good rating on trip.com--my kids tried to have flowers ordered to our room (they were paying for it) for our 40th anniversary and they were totally unhelpful and said no to her--she almost told us to cancel our booking--she should have--this will go down as the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

This place is dirty and smells like old cigarettes. Would never stay here again. Floor was sticky all over our room. Terrible property.

It looked very nice from when you walked into the hotel..
Check in was fast and easy very nice staff
But when we started walking to our room the hallways smelt very MUSTY didn’t smell clean at all carpets looked run down .. rooms had garbage sitting outside there door for a 2 days .. no house keeping from what we saw … we got to our room
Nothing was plugged in
Bathroom door was Filthy door handle was falling off I got stuck in the bathroom due to the door getting jammed, thankfully I had others in the room..
I wouldn’t stay here again

Old run down dirty shack
Hotel was old and run down. Hallway had nasty odor. Rooms were dusty. The first room they put me in wasnt cleaned by maid service ( bed wasnt made dirty towels in bathroom) 2nd room wasnt cleaned by maid service. Fi ally 3rd room was.
Floors weresticky. Lets not me.tion the cubic box elevator. And want to charge $5.00 ifu dont return the luggage carts that barely fit in the elevator.
Unfortunately had to stay because all others were full or pay twice as much. It was one of .y worse hotel experiences.

Room smelled when I walked in and the lady at the counter had to reactive my card twice it’s wild to me never had that happen before and the breakfast looks disappointed and was weird looking like rubber
