I had a horrible experience with Rose. Her listing was very misleading. I needed a house to rent for a big group of people. I booked her house 2 weeks in advance for $400. When I realized it was only one room a couple hours after I booked it. I tried to either cancel it or rent the rest of the rooms (which unfortunately weren't available) she would not work with me at all. So I had to rent at a different hotel and she kept all my money. Trip.com representatives also tried numerous times to talk to her but she wouldn't budge. That tells a lot about her character. Good luck
