Very comfortable stay and great communicative host. Only issue is extremely small, related to housekeeping. Bathtub was not thoroughly cleaned before our checkin, we had to clean it, and there were a couple of not thouroughly cleaned dishes in the cupboard. Otherwise very excelllent stay.

I was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. House was clean and comfy. There is a store literally right around the corner. I would definitely stay agin and recommend to others. The property manager answered my questions and gave good customer service.

Awesome Stay for Great Value!!!
My family of five was pleasantly pleased with our booking. The duplex had plenty of space, including access to the basement. Easy access, adequate parking, safe neighborhood, clean surfaces and extra linen, around plenty of food options and great wi-fi connection. All instructions were simple and easy to follow. Good Budget Stay
If you're looking for a decent place for a great price, this is a great option. Things like the water heater, coffee machine, internet, and other basics work well. The beds are pretty meh when I stayed, but they're clean and get the job done.
You won't necessarily find a quiet night because of how poor the sound insulation is, nor will you find solid construction or a super clean neighborhood. It's an old house with cheap patches to make it work well enough as a place to stay for a short trip, and most of the street has similarly aged houses. It's not gross by any means, but it's probably not going to impress you. There's also a little bit of communication issues with the host with check out instructions, but it wasn't anything critical.
Overall, you get what you pay for. The price is excellent and you'll have all you need to get by. So if that's all you're looking for, this is a good pick.
