My dad and I stayed in room 202 for three days for the weekend of the War Eagle Craft Fair. Dad was staying in the room while I was going with my cousin who lived a few miles away. First thing was the door. The keys turned the light green, but the handle acted like the deadbolt was engaged. After attempting to open the door three times I gave up and was going to go downstairs for assistance. The elevator had a note saying "Push up to go down". The down call button didn't work. I met someone the next day who said it had been that way for months. We were finally able to get the door to open, but found other things once we got in. The flip lock was broken, the bar was completely gone. The top fridge shelf had some leaky something along the edge. The carpet was sticky underfoot in a couple of places like soda was spilled and not cleaned. There was an old beer bottle top next to the small coffee pot under the TV. The light between the beds had four different lighting options, two bulbs and two directional reading lights. A bulb was completely gone, the other was burnt out, and one of the reading lights was missing pieces leaving only one working light in that area of the room. There were dirty hand/finger prints on the wall around the picture above the settee. The pictures in the bathroom were covered in hairspray and dirty fingerprints. One of the folded towels had a dirt/grime spot in the middle of it. The vent fan didn't work, so the bathroom was hard to dress in after a shower. There was black mold or mildew spots on the ceiling of the bathroom. The shower curtain was falling apart and should have been thrown away months ago. One of the multuple torn rings was hanging on for dear life while there were rips along the top seem in several places. The TV only had local channels Friday with a majority of them showing a message stating a subscription was neccessary to view the other channels. It didn't work at all Saturday when Dad was alone in the room when all he wanted to do was watch football. He had someone come up, but they needed to call Cox and it wouldn't get fixed until a tech came out the next week. Error message XRE-03114. If he didn't bring his own book and iPad, he wouldn't have anything to do while I was gone all day. They did discount our stay $100 due to this for Saturday and Sunday. The hotel Business Center was closed, the windows covered with Kraft paper. The ice machine on the first floor has a continuous leak streaming across the hall between the elevator and the fitness center with a full-time wet floor sign next to the machine. The hallway near the elevator/icemaker felt twenty degrees hotter than the rest of the hotel. The only pluses were 1) a clean, comfortable bed, but given the questionable state of the rest of the room I checked for bedbugs before going to bed the first night. 2) The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, and two types of waffles. I have stayed in numerous lodging facilities and this is by far the quietest. The easy parking and quietness were very impressive.

Pretty solid The room was in good condition, but the toilet was somewhat clogged and the microwave had a broken carosel. Otherwise great stay, I highly recommend it!

The only problem was during the day. The air conditioner was not as cold in the room as we would prefer it in the evenings it got cool and it was great for sleeping and the toilet either in our room or the room next door ran, but it wasn’t loud enough to disturb sleep

Stay away I can’t give this hotel anything positive than the location. Dirty, old, bad service and nothing good at all to say. We checked in late and was given two light balls to change ourselves we the bedding lamps wasn’t working. Day two we didn’t get our cleaned, we had do not disturb on our door until 10.30 am…! Then we we out all day. Had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. If you aren’t in Springdale to literally sleep 7 hours and then on the road again, I wouldn’t stay here.
