I’ve stayed here five times over the last three years as it’s close to the business I visit in Springdale. Every time I’ve stayed, the cable tv and/or internet have been down. I mean every time. I’m not some internet goober who just likes to complain. I mean EVERY TIME. October ‘25 I had another work trip to the area and out of a morbid sense of curiosity I thought “surely the cable will work this time!?” And I booked…I was wrong again. I sit here tonite, with no cable and no internet. It gets a little dull, in your quiet room away from home…all there is to do is post a review from your phone…

Okay but could be better.
Room not serviced, house keeping called late afternoon of penultimate day 3/4.
Morning of departure no hot water for showering, spoke front desk on leaving was told repairs still ongoing.

Nice quiet place. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Didnt see a pool or hot tub on the property. Nice breakfast area off the lobby.

Fairfield Inn by Marriott Springdale on Reiff St.
Everything went smoothly. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was query and clean. The breakfast was very good!

We had a quick overnight stay at this property. The staff was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. We stayed in a double room and it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had good food and options however the eating area itself was very messy and dirty. Crums, garbages overflowing and you constantly had to ask for refills of things. The lady doing the breakfast was nice but sat on her phone a lot, when she could have been managing the room and keeping things in order. Also, almost every hotel trash was overflowing when we would pass it - just seemed like the cleaning staff was not on top of their job. But the staff we did encounter at check in and throughout were nice.

I was told to pay an $80 coincidental fee that would be returned to my bank account upon checking out. They said for me to contact you all in regards to when that will be refunded. Also, I was bitten by ants and had to change rooms and was bitten there too. I reached out to the hotel online customer service about the issue and I'm waiting to hear back from that. Disappointed
I originally booked a nearby hotel but upon check in found out the pool was closed. So I quickly formed plan b and reserved this one. When I checked in I asked if the pool was working and they said yes, but people have said it was a little cold, but have still been using it. Since one of the main reasons for our trip was for my kids to swim, I figured a little cold water wouldn't bother them. It was not a little cold, it was freezing! If we hadn't already unloaded everything, we would have left. I was so disappointed. Plus the room was way smaller than the one I booked at the other hotel. I ended up soending and extra $60+ to take my kids to the bowling alley/arcade to make up for the lack of swimming. Now I'll have to plan another weekend trip for the kids to actually swim.
