After experiencing one night in a lodge that was completely misrepresented, we came across Flanigan's Resort and Spa, which fortunately had a vacancy. Russ was friendly, professional and attentive to our needs, wanting our stay to be exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, with good amenities as well as the quietest room refrigerator we have ever had in our travels. We also enjoyed the property and views, including the labyrinth and hot tub after our hikes in Zion National Park. Lots of improvements going on currently, but did not impact us as we were not in the room during the day, but enjoying Zion. Property is right along the shuttle line as well. If we do return to Zion, will definitely book again, especially with more renovated spaces in the fall and their new Spa space next year. So grateful we came across Flanigan's Resort and Spa. It completely turned our visit to the area from awful to excellent.

We loved our stay at Flanigan’s. Our friend recommended this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic: it is close enough to the park entrance that you can walk in, but if you prefer, the shuttle is also very convenient - right there on Zion Park Blvd. Once we arrived at the hotel, we could walk to various dinner options, shops, and a great coffee shop. Our room was wonderful: very spacious and comfortable. And I really loved how peaceful this hotel felt. There were so many outdoor spaces that you could enjoy. I wish we had planned extra time to just stay at the hotel and enjoy the indoor and outdoor amenities. And next time, I’d love to book a service at the resort’s spa - I saw it had great reviews. This trip was our first visit to Zion, and of course, there is so much that we didn’t see. Whenever we make it back, we’ll definitely try to book here again.

I would give this place 10 if i could. Stayed in the new suites at Flanigans and to be honest didn't want to leave the room. One of the best rooms ive had the pleasure of staying in and ive stayed at 5 Amans! I asked the GM what type of mattress they have in the rooms and I will be buying one as i slept like a baby. Everyone from the GM, front desk and their restaurant, Extremely professional and I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!

I thought this place would be awesome and it did not disappoint First we arrived way early and no problem with the parking or early check in.The man at the front desk i believe his name was Russ was super and the cleaning lady Rachel was very nice also.we will try too make it back with more of our family!

We were greeted by the friendly staff when we arrived. They were more than patient with all the questions about hiking, where to eat, best places to see the sunset. Couldn’t ask for a better location, the property is amazing. Great location, immaculately clean, prices right. Would definitely come back. Parking was plentiful, and the town bus line was right across the street. Amazing views from up above the property at a secluded area with benches.

Great restaurant for lunch and dinner and the best spa!! I’ve had three massages there over the past 15 years and they’ve all been amazing! The property grounds are nice, with beautiful red rock views.

Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Fairly close to the entrance to Zion. Excellent transportation system in town and in Zion park.

The path to the hill behind the pool was amazing in the pre-dawn hour, the view rivaled any inside Zion. The other highlight was a massage treatment by Nick who solidly knows what he is doing. Even Yoda would agree :)
