We loved our stay at Under the Eaves Inn. The location is perfect - steps away from the shuttle that takes you to the Zion Visitors Center. The Inn provides EV charging on site. One parking space is available to you, beginning 10am the morning of your stay. This is a Bed and Breakfast - and the breakfast is around the corner at Oscar’s restaurant. We had a fantastic breakfast! The Inn has a lovely green garden and hot tub in season. Our room room (#4) was small - we were very cozy and slept very well. Eric, the proprietor, was super friendly and helpful. Under the Eaves is a hidden gem - we will definitely be back.

We were in Room 4 it is small but perfect, it ws clean, tidy and comfortable. The garden was lovely we used it alot in the evenings and there was a shuttle bus we used to get to Zion Park, breakfast was good in Oscars.

This is a great b&b. We enjoyed for 2 nights little cabin #4. Would recommend a stay. Free breakfast next door. It was great also. Location was 2 minutes for Park entry.

This property is beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for couples that want to unwind after a long day of exploring the park. Air conditioned room was clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect to visit the park. Leave your car at the property and walk to the shuttle that takes you to all the sightseeing spots. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and stores at a few steps. Breakfast was served at a local restaurant, and it was delicious. I will definitely book again.

Excellent communication, breakfast, location, host was immediately responsive, quick easy shuttle to Zion National Park, breakfast next door was fantastic. It's a cute little area with small cabin size rooms, very quiet. If you have not been to Zion it's a great place to stay. Also good value

belle expérience dans cet établissement. Super jardin. Les extérieurs sont très agréables et nous avons eu la visite d'un cerf directement dans le jardin ;) La chambre 2 est un peu petite avec la douche qui fait aussi toilette mais cela était précisé sur la description. Idéal de disposer d'une place de parking en plein centre ville. Véritable atout.
