I checked in and was not recognized as a Rewards Member, I asked for upgrade and the front desk agent looked at me like I was crazy. The room was not very clean. I checked out at 11pm. The smell of **** that was coming into my room was terrible I had my 4-year-old daughter with me I even tried to put a towel under the door, the noise coming from the room sounded like a party. I called down to the front desk and no answer when I went down the front desk agent was on her phone. I checked out she rolled her eyes at me, and I was in no mood to argue. Very disappointed I tried to call customer care and I was told to call om Monday. I called and still trying to get my points back and my money. I have been a member for a long time. Never got a call from the GM like I was told .
