Spark by Hilton Spring Lake Fayetteville

This hotel is nasty they have dead and alive roaches crawling around the kitchen the fridge areas and fruit bug and all over ,the house keeping half clean the rooms they smell like mold I’ve heard some many complaints from guests about the rooms something is always breaking in the room or lobby they give you milk that’s been sitting out for 5 hours then re pour into the milk container and serve it the next day looks can be deceiving 🚨

Amazing staff, always friendly and treat you like your home and part of the family. Always extremely accommodating and go above and beyond to assist in ensuring it’s a great stay. Very clean, beds so comfortable you may sleep through your alarm. lol. I always feel safe, welcome and taken care of when I stay and choose to continue to stay throughout my contracts over anywhere else knowing guaranteed I’ll have an amazing stay with no problems and if any issue should arise I.e. checking in late or even ordered me a pizza; they take care of it. Would highly recommend! This stay was particularly special thanks to the Front Desk Receptionist, by far my favorite so far! Looking forward to staying again!

I had a king size bed and when i arrived it was very clean and organized in my room. They have a waffle house close to the room if you want food.

Property looked a bit run down. As a former law enforcement officer for 30 years the area didn’t look to be to safe.

SPARK SPARKLES The front desk clerk, Destini, went above and beyond for me. I am getting up there in age and it’s getting harder-and-harder traveling. She gave me a room that was so convenient for me and even offered to help with my belongings. I wish all Hotel Clerks were like Destini. Spark always delivers a nice room at a great price.
