Staff is above and beyond Nick at front desk goes out of his way to make sure that you have all you need. New rooms are fantastic Hard to find people in this world nowadays that truly care but everyone here did exactly that. Highly recommend this hotel

Newly Renovated hotel. Close proximity to restaurant, airport and shopping mall. Very helpful staff specially Nicolas. He always goes above and beyond, whether it’s booking your shuttles or morning wake up calls. Enjoyed my stay and will be booking courtyard again, next time I come to spring.

This hotel experience reminded me why I love Marriott hotels. I arrived prior to check in and when I realized my room was not ready I asked Hannah if there might be an office where I’d be able to host a virtual session. There was not, so Hannah touched base with the housekeeping staff to expedite the turnover of my room. I was in my room with enough time to prep at an easy pace. She was also so friendly through the whole thing. It’s clear that she loves helping the guests and providing the best service. The rooms are being updated and I had one of the renovated rooms. I loved that the desk was on wheels, allowing me to adjust the space, control my lighting and my background better. What a simple change that makes a huge difference! Even my check out experience with Nicholas was so pleasant. I was checking out a day early and he took care of everything for me. I told him the staff I’d be countered at this hotel was the most friendly I’d ever had. I highly recommend this property as a shining example of the Marriott Bonvoy brand!

Love the room, the ambiance, the hospitality by Nicolas was excellent! The food is great, with Starbucks coffee as cherry on top. Thank you for the great stay. Will definitely be back anytime I am in houston. The in house laundry is definitely a plus point!
