The attendants at the lobby were friendly and very helpful. The food at the restaurant in the lobby was terrible but a waitress was able to get me a slight discount. Room was clean and great. Only stayed one night, but would stay again! Thanks Marriott!

it is good hotel in Woodlands area, my first choice but price fluctuates too much on Mondays

Nice place to stay. Not really close to anything though. Beds were awesome. Nothing negative to say about the property. If in woodlands I’d recommend.

Beautiful hotel in a safe, clean area — but a few frustrating issues. We stayed here for a softball tournament, and while the hotel itself was nice, a few things made the stay less comfortable — especially after long, hot days at the field. First, the shower pressure was incredibly weak — possibly the worst we’ve experienced at a hotel of this caliber. I understand water conservation regulations, but this felt excessive. I eventually gave up and had to rinse shampoo and conditioner out of my hair using the bath faucet instead. Second, the sink faucet design was awkward. It was too short for the sink, so every time we used it, water splashed all over the counter. Extending it by even 1–2 inches would make a big difference. Finally, the temperature control in the shower was concerning. Even with just a slight turn toward hot — and a lot of cold still mixed in — the water came out extremely hot. For families with young kids, this could be a safety issue. I don’t enjoy leaving negative feedback, especially for a hotel that gets a lot right. But as someone who basically lives in hotels every weekend for travel ball, I hope this helps other parents know what to expect.
