Not a great experience
There was a huge area of black mold on the ceiling of the first room I checked into. I had my three month old baby with me and the room had a terrible smell.
I was able to get into a new room and that room was stuffy so I had to blast the AC. My baby was born premature so he gets cold very easily so the AC having to be blasted due to the stuffiness of the room was not ideal.
The room was "clean", but it didn't really feel clean. I was very dissappointed in the quality of both rooms overall.

The staff seem to have been trained by a 5-star hotel. Whenever you need something they jump to do it! It was a very good stay

The Hampton Inn in Spring Hill is a very comfortable and clean Hotel. They go the extra mile to make it a top notch place to stay.

We had a nice stay. The hotel is a little dated compared to other Hamptons but the service made up for it.

Great staff, hotel itself not so much.
Great staff but the hotel is evidently well used, the beds are not great and the fitness centre was closed. If I had known I would have booked elsewhere.
Very poor by comparison to every other Hampton I’ve stayed in. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful however

The hotel overcharged me and after approving only charging the one night I stayed, they proceeded to charge for the three nights. Then they wouldn’t give me a refund. Will never go there again
