We chose this strategic property as a halfway point between Orange Beach and Cincinnati (home), and we were not disappointed. From A perfect check in with Ashley ( instant smile and above and beyond service) to an excellent breakfast - thank you Cathy ———all went smooth. Room was clean and bright. Restaurants within walking distance and appears to be a wide array of shopping venues in immediate area. Highly recommend!

Hotel is easy to get to get to in a plaza with shops, restaurants and a movie theatre. Front desk person wasn’t to friendly but check in was easy. The king room was a little smaller than I expected but was clean.

I’m really mad with this, I went to the hotel because my son coming from Puerto Rico, he telll me to take a picture in the lobby and the áreas, he ask to the front desk lady, and show tell him no, I tell him to don’t do nothing, I went out waiting for my wife to see if we stay at the hotel, but the manager and the same lady went out the hotel and with a pepper spray in hands threatening my 17 years boy, she tell him to call the police and a lot of things, very bad, I just tell him to go, me, my song and my wife are very disappointed with this, never go back to this hotel, he only want a picture and I thinking in stay at the hotel this night, only waiting for my wife, but she are a very bad lady and the manager too, I’m going tomorrow to the police to talk about this, because it’s unacceptable

Pet-friendly amazing stay
I was happy to find a pet friendly hotel. We have not been able to travel with our furry friend much due to limited places. This place was very welcoming. I lived how they had treats at the front desk for the 4-legged companions. This place was very clean and tidy. I am not sure if we were the only one's there at the time with a pet, but if we weren't we did not hear a single bark or meow anywhere. I love how they give a door hanger to let staff know there is a pet in the room. I definitely recommend this place a million times over if you are travelingwith pets! There were so many options for breakfast, and a decent time window for it too. I can't say enough good things about this place.

My wife and kids traveled with me for work. The pool was not in service the entire time. Otherwise, the staff was great and friendly. Hotel was clean

All good except the design of the lavatory faucet controls were nearly unusable. ON/OFF and HOT/COLD were totally non-intuitive as to how they worked. Even by third day, I had trouble using them.
All else good.

The staff has completely changed. The current staff is friendly and efficient, but I do miss the folks that used to work there as they new me by name.

Only place I stay while traveling on business in Columbia TN. The staff is always the best and the hotel is the best in the area. Clean, safe and absolutely wonderful!
