No tooth brush and shaver in a room .as a 4 star hotel supposed to provide all this amenities.Room was not make up properly.carpet not vacuum..

The room is large, comfortable and clean. Toiletries are luxurious. There’s a K-cup coffee machine with water bottles provided. Downside was the extremely slow internet connection.

Tony was a wonderful front-end for us, family if 4 who drove a long way from Livingston, MT and we were exhausted after such a long travel. She upgraded us without even showing i was a premiere marriot bonvoy. I think she provided such a warm welcome for us that was a perfect advertisment for a city, spokane, that eas otherwise just thought as an intermediate step on the way to seattle. Wr are thinking about coming back. L

I could spend a great deal of time describing every little detail that fell short, but in fact, there were many things that were substandard. I will never stay at this hotel again. The room was next to the elevator and I heard it running periodically all night, even when I put ear plugs in. Long room, weird acoustics, not organized very well, etc

We arrived a couple of hours early but our room was ready so that was a wonderful start. Many thanks and a round of applause for Jacob! All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is fairly modern but nice and comfortable. Our room was well appointed, lots of light, and plenty of room. The bed deserves praise for finding the right balance between firm and soft - we slept great! Had a dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Good service and good food. The dinner was delicious, plentiful, and reasonably priced. Many hotel restaurants are excessively pricey, but not this one. There are a couple of notable perks. I'm addition to getting into our room early, for each day of our stay we received a $20 coupon for use in the restaurant or bar. That essentially means you recoup the $20/day "resort fee". Used those to cover chunk of my dinner and most of my breakfast costs. Nice! We would definitely stay here again. There were only a couple of what I preceive as minor missteps in the hotel. The room service menu doesn't list prices. There's no trash can in the separate toilet room. The last thing is there's no binder or brochure regarding near by shopping, sites, eateries, etc.
