DO NOT Stay here! It has gone seriously downhill. After getting our key, we decided it wasn't safe (based on the clientele and the cars already parked) and a peek into the uncleaned room showing that it wasn't clean or habitable. they said it would be done in 10 minutes. There is NO WAY that suite was going to get cleaned in 10 minutes. As a group of women and children, we just couldn't stomach it. SCARY!! We had to stay elsewhere for a lot more money, and they can't be reached to discuss a refund the very nice desk person told us would happen by the manager the next day. Multiple calls to the office. They don't answer. We are still waiting to hear from the manager. One email has been shut down and the BBB indicates they are NOT an accredited location. It's too bad because there are very few options for N. Spokane. I wish I would have snapped a few pics. 5/21/24 Upate: I disputed this charge with my bank and the hotel is holding to a cancellation policy even though the room wasn’t ready upon arrival as contracted. As noted above, it was filthy. We called to tell them we needed to cancel. They refunded the $100 deposit (So they acknowledge that we cancelled) but won't refund the room charges. They indicated in their response on Trip Advisor as follows: “We shall take all measures required to rectify the conditions to have you back as a contented guest. We would be grateful if you allow us to make amends and improve your experience during your next stay.” However, their website is not functional, and they have NOT made an attempt to contact me or my sister to resolve making their words ingenuine. We are holding to this review. Clearly, they have no real desire to maintain customer service. I hope this hotel gets a new owner and a much-needed update as there are few options in N. Spokane for respectable people.
