Baymont by Wyndham Spokane

We paid in advance for the room. On the hotel check in policy the hotel on fine print stated that we can check in latest by 6 am the following day. At 3:15 the hotel tagged us as a no show contrary to their contract with us. We were turned out into the street in Spokane even if they had already received our funds in advance. They have declined to give us a full refund for what was their fault. We spent 10000 usd on trip.com per month and would caution other business travels to be aware that their actual actions are different from stated and wanted to share our experience of being put out in the street. We don’t want other people to go through the same. I’ll do we did not use the room at 3:15 AM after almost 20 hour journey from Houston to Seattle by train from Seattle to Spokane arriving to get into the hotel to rest and shower denied. I don’t want anything else to go through the same experience it was terrible.

Beneficial guys at the reception! We had to check in a while before 3 pm. They tried to help with the internet, but it "died". Breakfast is good with waffles, several kinds of bread, porridge, yogurt, and coffee available all the time in that room. Trolley to drive the luggage on. Handicap accessible. Quite nice area with many restaurants and shops. The internet works sometimes, and not sometimes. Beds were not too soft, and we liked that! The pillows were in between. A TV is available in the small breakfast room. You should put furniture pads on chairs and tables! There is a terrible noise when someone moves the furniture! Filthy carpet in our room!

Everything in the room was very clean which we appreciated and the beds were comfortable. The WiFi didn't work. We couldn't even access it to get directions. We couldn't get anything on the TV and wanted to get a wake up call as we needed to get up early for my son's surgery the next day but no one would answer the phone. I tried multiple times to call the front desk. I had to keep trying as sometimes there was no dial tone. The breakfast was very sparse and the only drinks were coffee and juice. We were hoping to get tea before we left but there wasn't even any hot water. I probably won't stay there again.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and professional. It exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but filling. Easy access from the interstate. Though there were some homeless, there were no problems.

This is a great downtown location close to the highway turn off, great restaurants and shopping. Room was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Breakfast had plenty of options and the hours are convenient. The staff are great and very helpful. The price is great for what you get,

Debbie was so nice on the phone when I called to check on a room. Even nicer when I got there. Gave me her parking spot as my sis couldn’t walk far as had a bad back ache. She even got ice for me! Room was nice and big. Breakfast was good. I’d stay here again.

The staff is extremely friendly. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast. The coffee is really good. It was also convenient to be able to have a cup in my room. I have to make this 200 characters so I am going to ramble a little bit more..

Positives would be comfortable and spacious room, never had a problem getting hot water, bath in the room which you don't usually get with a motel and whilst the breakfast was mostly the usual very basic motel stuff they did also have a Croissant with cheese and Sausage in every day which was a good option. Plenty of food options in walkable distance. Negatives would be very sketchy area of town at night time, not a good idea to walk around, 4 or 5 long black hairs in the bed sheets, will start to get noisey outside in the mornings with the road and early check in was an extorionate amount, was quoted $40 to check in at 11:30am. Good accomodation option though and would certainly stay again
