The room was very dirty and very dated. Sheets were dirty. TV didn’t work. Lock on the door would not work with the keycard. The other guests were yelling down the hallway in the middle of the night. The guy that checked us in was very nice. We were very disappointed and decided not to eat breakfast.

This hotel sas horrible in so many ways. Rooms were so uncleam the floors were sticky not carpet but cheap wood floors rooms had broken locks and latches. Toilet seat wasnt attached. Windows are ground level and had no locks set correctly. On top of that the noise level will keep you up all night with a new DJ playing their favorite music all night long in the rooms next to you.

The room was clean and all of the staff were extremely accommodating. Our stay was quiet, peaceful and enjoyable.

I would never stay at this hotel again. Room was the most disgusting I’ve ever been in. No pillow cases or towels. I had to use my own sheets and the sink had hair in it. The shower had dirt allover the walls.

Don't stay there filthy room people outside and inside on there phones yelling at the person on the phone. Drug uses on the side of the building. No towels in the room and the shower curtain had mold on it . Don't stay there.

This was the worst sham. I made a mistake in the dates requested, but couldn’t change it right away. The motel/hotel stated no refund for reservations. It was on the last page clearly, but only to seen clearly after the mistaken confirmation. Should have been listed upfront. It took 5 phone calls to get a rep to speak to. He was polite , but could only offer $12 dollars on a $95 charge. I truly feel this is EXTORTION! As I waited to get a rep on the phone I was looking at the reviews of how terrible the place was; cleanliness, bugs, etc. Is this how they make money off the unsuspecting customer? Not good customer service. I was going to be traveling from Virginia to North Carolina. I’m 65 and needed a safe place, not this one. I had to cancel, it spoiled my travel plans. I will pursue a refund, but buyer beware. Do read reviews before, especially about dumps like this one! Not recommended!!!
