It's especially worth mentioning that the hotel also created a cozy festive atmosphere during Chinese New Year, making us feel at home even when abroad. **Breakfast Experience: Exquisite, Diverse, and Daily Surprises** Breakfast was a major highlight of our stay! Not only was there a rich variety, but the menu changed daily with hardly any repetition. From traditional Thai noodle soup and mango sticky rice to pastries, fresh fruit, and made-to-order omelets, the quality was consistently excellent. Staying for several days, we woke up every morning with anticipation, and our child absolutely loved it too. **Environment and Design: Grand, Elegant, and Full of Holiday Vibes** * **Inside the Villa:** The two-bedroom layout offered expansive space, with a design that blended modern aesthetics with a resort feel. I particularly loved the living room area (as shown in Figures 1 & 2), where large glass windows brought natural light indoors. The pool and lush greenery were just outside the window, making dining or relaxing at the table feel incredibly open and uplifting. The decorative floral arrangements on the table, the exquisite chandeliers, and the wooden furniture all reflected the hotel's tasteful aesthetic. * **Hotel Public Areas:** The path leading from the villa to the public areas (as shown in Figure 4) was surrounded by dense tropical plants, like a stroll through a tranquil rainforest, offering great privacy. The hotel entrance at night (as shown in Figure 3) had warm lighting and was shaded by trees, embodying both the relaxation of a resort and the serenity of home. **Facilities and Details: Quality Online, Meeting All Family Needs** The villa came with its own pool, and the water quality was excellent, allowing us to jump in and cool off anytime. The kitchen facilities were fully equipped, suitable for simple meal preparation. Overall, it was very well-maintained, with new furniture and bathroom fixtures, and meticulous hygiene. The two bedrooms were thoughtfully laid out, each with an independent bathroom, making it very convenient for families. **Conclusion** If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing resort in Pattaya that doesn't prioritize sightseeing, The Gem Pool Villas is definitely recommendable. It might not be right on the busiest beach, but this tranquility, combined with attentive service, thoughtful breakfasts, and a beautiful environment, truly made for a perfect vacation. Main swimming pool is reasonable size Room was very clean, but I couldn't stand the purple decor. The mattress was also too soft for me. I didn't like the location - between Pattaya and Jomtien - some may see this as an advantage

BBurinnnThis resort is simply awesome, it's my go-to whenever I'm in Pattaya! They have two outdoor pools: one is really well-designed, and the other is a standard pool. The water quality is excellent, a bit salty actually – I wonder if it's seawater? The gym is like a glass house; I regret not getting a workout in. I stayed in building 2, which was very close to the pool. There's golf cart service for arrivals and departures, and the spa isn't far either. The ambiance is great, and a 2-hour session was only 700 baht! The quality was really high too! So satisfying. The service is excellent, and the drinks at the front desk are quite good, though not cheap – comparable to Starbucks prices, and they give you tons of ice. Nearby, there's a durian shop, Big C, and some local stir-fry places. Although it's a bit far from the main attractions, getting a taxi is very convenient. Such a great hotel!!

The hotel's environment truly is top-notch; the tropical gardens are maintained like a botanical garden, and the pool is right by the beach. Every day was a joy, sunbathing by the pool and taking early morning strolls through the gardens. I particularly want to commend the service. Seeing us with elderly parents, the staff consistently went out of their way to open doors and press elevator buttons for us, always with genuine, warm smiles. The Club Lounge's afternoon tea was also fantastic, with a peaceful atmosphere and exquisite pastries ❤️

SSandra MacauIt is very conveniently located in the middle of Beach Road. There’s a market just a few steps away and the beach is right across the street. The Central Festival mall is also just a short walk away. The room and toilet were both really spacious, and the toilet had a bathtub. I really loved the balcony. It was lovely to sit out there and enjoy the sunset. There's also a small gym with some machines and weights. The pool is nice and has some really comfortable loungers. Breakfast was quite good with lots of choice. The chef at the egg station was really friendly. If I get the chance, I will go back.

GGuest UserLoved the accommodation right on the beach! The breakfast was delicious, and I was impressed by the spacious balcony with a view of the Sanctuary of Truth. There are so many swimming pools, I lost count! The place is clean and the food is great; my family was really impressed. The parking is on the fifth floor, the lobby is on the fourth, and the dining is on the third, but you have to take the elevator down because it's on a cliff with an amazing view. Really loved it, I'll definitely be back!
