"Its cheap and can accomodate 3 pax which i was looking for. Throughout my stay i had no issues. However, i realized the location was not great. It was behind and alley and its not great to walk. I also feel unsafe around that neighbourhood. However we had to leave earlier because the surrounding area has nothing to do as a tourist."

"The room is very clean. It's almost complete in amenities like TV with cable, electric kettle, mini refrigerator, glass, spoon, huge cabinet with hangers, wifi, shower, and toilet with bidet. The bathroom is very clean and the water pressure is strong the whole time. The surrounding is not noisy. There's a near Mercury Drug and Uncle John. Near Vito Cruz Station. For its price, I truly recommend this hotel."

"This isn’t my first time booking here; I often book here, and every time I’m in Makati, it’s so convenient and spacious compared to other hotels. They have parking too and kind staff.
But now they dont have bathrobe hahaha before they have bathrobe. Its also near to PCAB, many good resto near.

PpuffyCloudThe hotel has a 24h reception. I arrived at around 4am, the reception checked me in promptly. The room size is great. The bed is comfy. However, although it's a king size bed, there is hard steel underneath the middle of the bed, where people can only sleep on either side. That's so strange for travellers who would like to enjoy the full size of the bed. Breakfast is with limited options, like 3-5 choices, while it is claimed as a buffet.
The hotel is equipped with a security guard in front of the door. It lies in a more secure area, and is just some distance away from the public transport if you would like to experience it. As I had so limited sleep hours, I asked for a late check out which is accepted. Generally a good experience.

GGuest UserI booked a Deluxe Studio Room, and based from the description it has a kitchen and kitchenwear. Unfortunately, upon seeing the room there is not kitchen and kitchen wears just like it said on the description, we called the reception in the room and they said that this type of room has no kichen. Though they apologized, they said that there will be a room upgrade charge which sucks and disappointed since we had high expectations based from the description but overall the room is nice and clean and had the best view but sadlly no kitchen. WE ALSO HAD THE WORST CHECKOUT!!! upon checkout we clarified about the parking voucher so that the fees are waved since ascott shares the parking of Glorietta 4, the woman in the checkout counter said that the voucher given to us upon entry is already good,but upon exit at the parking the lady in the cashier said its not yet validaded and we caused traffic jam and spent 10minutes waiting which is very inconvinient and disapointing since we will travel 2 hours back to our home. Overall, i love this hotel because of the hospitality of the people and its best location located at the center of Makati's most popular malls. But this hotel needs improvement on ther front desk checkout service (for their misinformation) and sales and marketing (for their wrong description in the third party website)

PPete.cLocated in the heart of the action in p burgos St can't hear the noise going on below from higher floor room which was good,room was clean but lack of towels left me stuck for having a shower delays arriving ment only spent 8 hours in the hotel so wasn't a problem room was clean TV worked wifi worked bed was comfortable and clean Aircon kept room cool bathroom was a different story looks very old and dated fixtures broken stains on floor bath looked like it had seen better days and shower head [hence the earlier wasn't a problem] toilet was good and worked well considering the rest of the bathroom

DDaisy Yong NCThe hotel is old, but room was good, and the front desk service was also very good, although the system was too slow. I decided to stay one more night because I did not want to move around, and I had already paid for the extension. However, when I returned to the hotel at 7 PM after a busy day, I was shocked to find that my reservation had been unreasonably canceled by Trip.com without any explanation.
Trip.com informed me that the booking was canceled and that the refund would take 7 to 14 working days to be received. I personally find this extremely unfair, as the payment was deducted instantly but the refund requires a long waiting period. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction. I request an immediate explanation, faster refund processing, and proper compensation for the trouble caused.
