"This is my first time stay in your hotel, the location is good and lots of restaurant around hotel, but the service and facilities need to improve as my feeling, first of all, the car security told me he can park for me in the first time after check-in, but after check-in, he told us we need to drive to specific parking number by our own after check-in, however, the front desk service is good. Secondly, the air-condition is too noisy in the room, when someone came and checked, just leave ”will ask maintenance come to check”, then there is ending even no one come before I go out. above is my comment, thanks."

Great location in the heart of Poblacion, with lots of restaurants, cafés, and nightlife nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly. It can get noisy at night due to the nearby bars and traffic, but the hotel provides complimentary earplugs, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, a great stay and good value for money.

My second time visit in Manila and second time stay with Lub D, it offers great location to visitors who wants to stay around Makati. Just beside the famous Burgos Street, lot of bars, pubs, 7 eleven, outdoor dining areas. It has large reception on second floor with some fun activities, high speed internet, lounge for hostel guests. Really loved their friendly environment. Gonna stay here again if i’m coming to Philippines for 3rd times.

It was our second time staying at this property, and the check-in process went smoothly. The front desk staff were also very helpful and accommodating. The room we were assigned had issues with the air conditioning. The AC seemed to need a deep cleaning because it no longer cooled the room properly (it was hot inside) The curtains also had rusty stains caused by a leak coming from the AC. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay. This hotel is honestly our number one go-to hotel in Makati because of its great location, affordable rooms, and pet-friendly policy. We’ll definitely rebook again! Chewie-approved of course.

We stayed for our 14 hour layover in Manila. Location was ok, but took a bit of time to arrive due to traffic. First of all, thank you for the free upgrade. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room we got was spacious although a bit outdated. But I would like to suggest preparing floor mats/towels to be put in front of the bathroom door to prevent damaging of the floorboards. Otherwise, everything was ok.

I had a great stay in the Deluxe Queen Studio Suite. The room is incredibly clean, minimalist, and functional, featuring a very comfortable queen bed with fresh linens. It includes all the essentials for a seamless stay, including a strong AC, a flat-screen TV, a spacious work desk, and a cozy little seating area. The bathroom is spotlessly clean with modern fixtures and a reliable water heater for the shower. It is a perfect, hassle-free choice if you want a straightforward and comfortable place to stay. The hotel is in prime location for p burgos St nightlife across the road from the filling station 24hours restaurant (well worth a visit) shops just down the road plenty of places to eat around close by. Hotel rooms are dated could do with some very much needed renovation staff are helpful and friendly do get a lot of girls hanging around the entrance at night looking for customers but don't bother you to much
