A relaxing getaway in Unawatuna! Stunning 5 bedroom villa located in the heart of Unawatuna with exceptional service and staff. It’s well equipped with everything you need. Great local and western food which was well prepared and flavorful (the kitchen is extremely clean and well maintained which is always a good sign). There are plenty of areas to relax with great views and the property has lots of shade and beautifully maintained landscape. Vishan and his staff looked after us very well and every request was accommodated including getting us a masseuse in house which was one of the best massages we have had. He also arranged very trustworthy and friendly tuk tuk drivers for us to go around the area. Wish we stayed here longer!!

The room was spotless and tidy, facing the ocean. The hotel also has its own private beach. If you're unsure what to eat for dinner, I highly recommend trying the hotel restaurant. We ordered the tuna and black tiger prawns for our main courses, and both were absolutely delicious. The best part is the dining experience right by the sea – it really gives you that holiday vibe. The staff were also very nice. Breakfast is an à la carte buffet, with a great selection of fruits, coconut, juices, and more. If you're visiting Galle with family, I highly recommend this place!

Hotel heart praise The experience of staying in this honeymoon trip was directly full, and the whole process was warm and moved. I really want to praise it! The hotel is full of details, I learned that we are on a honeymoon trip, and we deliberately put the word happy marriage on the bed with leaves. The ceremony is full and very intimate. All the staff are super enthusiastic, and they will take the initiative to say hello and give courtesy to the face. The service atmosphere is particularly good. When I exercise in the gym, I consulted the yoga instructor about what exercise is suitable for shoulder pain. The coach was very enthusiastic. He specially brought essential oils for free to help me professional back massage for 15 minutes. It perfectly relieved the physical discomfort and was especially warm. The most important thing to praise our personal butler ISHANKA, is definitely the best and most reliable butler I have ever encountered during my trip! Sincere and kind, hardworking, and meticulous service. Knowing my lover's work and rest only at noon, I specially tailored our snorkeling, surfing and other itinerary. The time is relaxed and orderly, and there is no need to hurry, and the play experience is particularly comfortable. What makes us remember more is an accident: when we go out to eat, our lover is accidentally scratched by the cat, and the situation is urgent. ISHANKA helped us contact the hospital as soon as possible. At that time, the rainstorm poured and the lightning thundered outside. He accompanied us with an umbrella throughout the whole process. He communicated with the doctor smoothly. He was busy with us from 8 o'clock in the evening to 1 o'clock in the morning. The whole process was intimately appeased and followed up. Help us successfully complete the rabies vaccination in time, really special responsibility. There is also the original third day of sea fishing trip, before departure, I noticed that the sea is about to usher in a storm, for our personal safety, decisively cancel the trip temporarily. Fascinating scenery. Every corner of the hotel is a beautiful landscape. The hotel's service staff is professional and kind. They will patiently answer your questions. Any problems during check-in will be solved immediately and you will be given feedback. The hotel has a private beach, which is clean and beautiful. The private swimming pool is clean and beautiful. This stay was the highlight of our trip in Sri Lanka. The room is in the heart of nature, and you’re surrounded by the sounds of the wild, fresh air away from the roads, and the peace and quiet that comes with a more intimate stay. Additionally, the breakfasts have been our favourite, especially the hoppers! It was all fresh and Sri Lankan style, served with the jungle in front of us. One morning, we had monkeys. Another, chipmunks. One special night, we had fireflies. The location was exceptional. However, it was Praneeth who really made this place special for us. We had great conversations, and he even recommended me a great birdwatching app. One night, we chatted for a couple of hours and I learned so much about this beautiful country. Genuinely, Praneeth is a huge value to Jungle Loft. He was attentive, thoughtful and a wonderful representation of the kindness Sri Lankan people exude. Thank you so much, Praneeth for your warmth! I can’t recommend Jungle Loft enough. It’s an ideal location, it’s private, it’s beautiful, and you’ll be looked after. Go for it!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Heritance Ahungalla, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the fresh juices served upon arrival were very refreshing after the journey. The room was spotlessly clean, tidy, spacious, and well equipped with all the luxury amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere throughout the resort had a relaxing beachside vibe, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We also used the gym, which was properly equipped with a good range of equipment. The resort has two swimming pools, and we spent most of our time at the main pool, which was absolutely massive and perfect for relaxing. The highlight of the stay was definitely the food experience. The dinner buffet was exceptional with an incredible variety of dishes. There were large selections of salads, appetizers, breads and buns, Sri Lankan specialties, international cuisine, and live cooking stations. The seafood and meat variety was especially impressive — including chicken, beef, pork, cuttlefish, prawns, fish, and many other seafood dishes, with multiple preparations for each. My personal favorite was the pork leg, which was incredibly delicious, tender, and flavorful. The dessert corner was huge, offering plenty of choices and beautifully presented sweets. After a very comfortable night’s sleep, we went for breakfast, and honestly, it was just as impressive as dinner. The breakfast buffet included a massive spread with salad stations, bakery items, fresh fruits, Sri Lankan and international breakfast options, live stations, and an amazing juice bar with around 7–8 varieties of fresh juices. They also had a dedicated cheese section, multiple yogurt options, and even 4–5 types of porridges, which was something unique and very well done. Overall, Heritance Ahungalla offers a fantastic combination of luxury, comfort, delicious food, and relaxing coastal ambience. Everything from the service to the dining and facilities was excellent. had an exceptional stay. We had everything we want in the room, tea & coffee, kettle, safe and fridge and most importantly it was impeccably clean. We were on the top floor with fantastic sea view. The gym was small but the treadmill, cycle and stepper were good. My childrens favourite places were the garden and child’s pool area and my wife really liked the Finnish Sauna and the Massage while I enjoyed a few nice games of pool billiards. The breakfast and dinner options provided a wide variety of delicious dishes. We had a delightful family lunch, ordering fresh seafood from the à la carte menu. We also spent time at the beach but the sea was rough at this time of the year so we enjoyed relaxing by the two pools. The staff were always welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to help us. I highly recommend this hotel,
