Our stay was excellent, and we especially want to commend our butler, Xiao Jiang. From pre-arrival communication and meeting us at the scenic area ferry terminal, to planning our itinerary and arranging dining and boat tours during our stay, she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful throughout. She proactively anticipated our needs, even thoughtfully providing mosquito repellent. Her demeanor was warm and professional, and her service was attentive yet unobtrusive, making us feel truly welcomed in this water town. The hotel's architecture uniquely reflects silk culture, and the breakfast was delicious. Coupled with our butler's high-quality service, our trip was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose Silk Hotel again on our next visit.

First time visit China and Wuzhen. Very impressed about the hotel and service. Everything is awesome and beyond a five star hotel! The hotel is very quiet with elegant vibe. The breakfast is very delicious with lots of selections. Will stay here again if we come back in the future!

The room was great and comfortable, and it was convenient to get around. I was quite satisfied during my stay; the room facilities were comprehensive. The only minor issue was that the soundproofing might be a bit poor, but other than that, everything else was fine. The hotel service was very thoughtful and attentive. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

The hotel's design is excellent, exuding a strong academic ambiance. The room layout, with two separate rooms, was a big hit with the kids. The hygiene details were meticulously attended to, and it was exceptionally clean. The staff's service attitude was very good, and the breakfast was abundant and of high quality. The hotel's restaurant also offered great dishes. It's clear that the management is very dedicated. All in all, if I visit Wuzhen again, I will definitely book this hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from Wuzhen Xizha, and easy to find right off the road, which is great for self-driving with convenient parking. The hotel's decor also features a traditional ancient town style, with a 'National Charm Garden' feel where every step reveals a new beautiful scene. There's a pomelo tree in front with lots of large fruits! The room was quite spacious, clean, and warm! The landlady and staff were all very warm and hospitable! I'll definitely come back next time!

Our stay at Puyuan Meishang Resort exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Although we were probably among the first foreign guests, the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had a memorable stay. Despite the language barrier, every member of staff showed incredible kindness, patience, and professionalism, always finding a way to help with a smile. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture, peaceful surroundings, immaculate rooms, and excellent facilities that make it the perfect place to relax. Every detail reflects great care and quality. We especially appreciated the warmth and dedication of the staff, who turned an already beautiful resort into an unforgettable experience. Their hospitality truly made the difference. We left with wonderful memories and would not hesitate to return. If you’re looking for a luxurious, tranquil, and authentic getaway in China, this resort is an absolute gem. Highly recommended!

The owner was incredibly hospitable, and the service was exceptionally attentive. They even provided shuttle service to scenic spots. The room was very comfortable, with fantastic natural light and breathtaking outdoor views.

Choosing Alila was choosing a journey of self-discovery. Away from the city's hustle and bustle, the tranquility here allows you to hear your own heartbeat, leaving all worries behind. It's not just a stay; it's a healing retreat for the mind and body. They even offered a complimentary travel photography service during check-in! The photographer, Teacher Li Li, was excellent and captured the perfect mood. The makeup artist did a super delicate and photo-ready look. The whole team was very professional and I'm extremely satisfied~

The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was much better than what I had at the B&Bs inside Xizha scenic area. The room rate was significantly cheaper than those within Xizha, but you get the same access and benefits for visiting the scenic area. It's located right near the main entrance, even more convenient than the B&Bs at the far end of the scenic area. Excellent value for money. If I ever come to Wuzhen again, I'll definitely stay here every time.
