"We brought our daughter and a friend to the Sofitel Louvre for a weekend getaway. The hotel's decor is luxurious and elegant, with a strong French ambiance. Every detail is exquisite and captivating, making it perfect for photos. The 11th-floor Le Bar offers stunning views, with expansive high-altitude scenery. Although the outdoor lawn is for viewing only and not for recreation, it's a very pleasant spot to relax and chat.
The staff at Le Bar were gentle, attentive, and responded promptly, treating guests with humility and politeness. The concierge and front desk team were professional and efficient, handling check-ins, luggage storage, and route inquiries with patience and meticulousness, always proactively helping to coordinate any requests. I also managed to experience the hotel's SPA; the environment was quiet and elegant, and the therapist's techniques were professional and soothing, relieving days of fatigue. The experience was excellent.
I'd particularly like to commend Nicole from Guest Relations in the lobby. She was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, proactively introducing the hotel's amenities and kindly recommending areas suitable for family relaxation. Her communication was both gentle and professional. Our room was clean and tidy, and the swimming pool, fitness center, and other facilities were all excellent. From the hardware facilities to the service from every staff member, everything was impeccable. It's a perfect choice for families traveling together. Our stay this time was a perfect 10, and it's definitely worth revisiting."

"I was in Foshan for a business trip this time. My first two nights at the Marriott in Shunde were excellent, so I wanted to try the Marriott in Qiandeng Lake for the next two nights, but unfortunately, it was fully booked. So I decided to try Courtyard by Marriott, a brand under the same group. I found that the room I booked at Courtyard was also fantastic, despite not having a bathtub, which it wasn't supposed to have anyway! I was very satisfied with the room the front desk lady arranged for me! I could see the brightly lit night market and clusters of illuminated buildings of Qiandeng Lake at night. The room itself was clean, tidy, bright, and spacious. The location is great too; it's just a short walk to explore Qiandeng Lake in the evening. The breakfast was also pretty good; the chef was creative, offering not only common Chinese and Western dishes but also traditional Foshan dim sum to try! A special, special thank you goes to Shirley at the front desk. Her service was not only warm and enthusiastic, but her genuine smile was also lovely. When I was working in the lobby lounge, she would also check in on me and offer assistance at appropriate times, making me feel incredibly at home! Highly recommend it!! Out of the three hotels I stayed in on this business trip, Shirley's service left the deepest impression!! I hope Courtyard can properly commend her, and I wish friends who read this review that they'll also encounter Shirley when they stay at Courtyard."

Anonymous UserThis hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and I especially enjoyed the Chinese options, particularly the freshly made congee. Downstairs, you can rent family-sized bicycles, and the nearby lake is perfect for a ride (the family bikes have a canopy, which is great for sun protection). On the Dragon Boat Festival, they had activities like zongzi making, which my child loved, and there was even a room on the first floor set up for kids to watch movies. The playground is geared towards younger children, probably best for under 5s, though it is a bit small. Overall, the service was excellent, and it offered great value for money. The pool has a shallow area for toddlers, which is a plus. It's also very close to Chimelong, so we spontaneously decided to go to Chimelong Water Park for the night show, and my child had a blast. My only suggestion for improvement is for the hotel to offer more scheduled activities for children during holidays to keep them entertained throughout their stay.

GuanchuInterContinental has captured the shimmering waters of Qiandeng Lake right within its floor-to-ceiling windows. The lake view, like a flowing poem, instantly washes away all my worries. The room was clean and tidy, and the upgraded corner room offered an excellent view. Andy and Richard were incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The biggest surprise was the special cocktail at the lounge – a ginger-pineapple spritzer. The gradient of the pineapple's bright yellow and the ginger's amber hue looked like a sunset bottled up. The first sip was a sweet burst of pineapple, followed by a gentle hint of ginger spice on the finish, with bubbles dancing on the tongue. After checking out, I received a polite call asking about my experience. The value for money was an unexpected delight, and the complex flavors of that drink alone were enough to highlight my trip. Simply wonderful!

First off, the lounge environment is superb – elegant and modern decor, with comfortable and private seating arrangements. Whether you're there for a business meeting, a casual get-together with friends, or like us, just want to quietly enjoy your vacation, you'll find the perfect spot. A special shout-out goes to the lounge team: Candy, Tiki, Amy, and Sunny for their exceptional service. From the exquisite pastries during afternoon tea to the generous selection of snacks and drinks during the evening cocktail hour, every staff member was smiling, attentive, and perfectly discreet. They consistently remembered our drink preferences and proactively introduced seasonal specials. The Happy Hour offerings were incredibly impressive, almost a fine dining experience in itself, with a full spread of hot dishes, cold cuts, cheeses, and fresh fruits. As for other aspects, the guest rooms lived up to the usual InterContinental standard – comfortable bedding and brand-new facilities. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including authentic Foshan local delicacies. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a high-quality experience.

GangadeqicaiyunI recently stayed at your hotel and was pleasantly surprised to find that Waylon, the front desk agent, was from my hometown when I checked in. I'm writing to express my gratitude and commendation. When you're away from home, there's nothing more comforting than meeting someone from your own town. Waylon's familiar accent instantly brought us closer during check-in. Not only did he efficiently and professionally handle the check-in process, but he also enthusiastically chatted with me about updates from our hometown. That sense of familiarity truly warmed my heart. What touched me even more was that after learning it was my first time in this city, he proactively helped me plan my itinerary for the next few days. The restaurants and attractions he recommended were very authentic, the kind of 'insider tips' only a fellow townsman would share. Honestly, when traveling and staying in hotels, the most dreaded thing is cold, standardized service. But Waylon made me feel a different kind of warmth – he wasn't just a professional front desk agent, but more like an old friend supporting you in a foreign land. This kind of genuine sincerity and enthusiasm can't be taught by any training manual.

Guest UserI stayed at *Yazi Hotel Foshan* for over 6 days and had a very pleasant experience. The *staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful*. Every day, the housekeeping auntie cleaned the room thoroughly, which I really appreciated.
The *breakfast area offers a lovely view*, and I was also impressed by the thoughtful *afternoon tea and late-night supper* options — a nice touch that made the stay even more enjoyable.
The *only downside* is that there are only two elevators, which can be a bit slow during peak hours. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Facilities: To be honest, the play facilities are a bit old, but there are many food options inside, and the prices are cheaper than X-Long. We chose the stargazing room, and my child loved it, but I hope the cleanliness can be improved. Some hidden corners weren't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dust in the room.
The hotel package included access to the amusement park, but many facilities required additional payment, which felt a bit like a rip-off. What I did enjoy was the swimming and hot springs. It feels like Changlu really wants to be a resort, but perhaps due to the current economic downturn, it hasn't been able to maintain itself well.
Overall, it was still an enjoyable trip. I hope Changlu improves!

Отель немного ”уставший”, но уютный. В зоне спа хороший ресторан, бильярд, тренажеры и все необходимое для отдыха. Если вы путешествуете один, без багажа, то непонятно, зачем нужно брать номер. Можно взять только спа, где есть шкафчик, капсульные отели, телевизоры, ячейки для хранения мелких предметов, игры, массажные кресла итд. Рядом с отелем торговые центры, вечером можно посетить большое количество разных ресторанов. Немного напрягало каждый день обновлять ключ и прочий китайский формализм.
