The hotel is not a five star hotel. I have not often experienced so bad service. The manager is a shame to the hotel industry. Her name is ************* ( the one on the photo.) From the first time we arrived to the hotel to the check out, we had to deal with her bad face and bad attitude. No one smile and no one welcome. She should be fired or change work. She is on the first pics. For the rest, actually the room was not bad and the suite was quite big and comfortable

This is such a great hotel, for the price and all, I expected less but everything is perfect, enough amenities, swimming, breakfast is wide and has western food, rooms are big and clean. It’s a good hotel.

Location was decent, with a supermarket and 2-3 malls within walking distance.
Room was huge and very nicely renovated.
Service was top notch, breakfast have quite a big spread.
BAD: My room AC remote was not responsive, despite 2 contractors coming, still cannot be resolved.
