"The room is great! Two beds for 3 people, one 1.8-meter-long bed + one 1-meter-long small bed, with a balcony for holiday mode! Rich enough! In the city center, very close to the pier and the central swimming pool, with rich food supply around, I will come again next time!"

"All good except Location too near to main road, very noisy traffic frm 5am onwards plus carpark just nxt to room no sound proof, check in very late at night was quiet but early departure guest vechicles noise & traffic noise plus housekeeping in progress making it not possible to sleep in! Room very spacious & clean."

"Mixed Experience – Great Location, Poor Internet & Breakfast Setup The hotel is in a great location, and the room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Facilities like the car park and lifts were well maintained and met expectations. However, as business travellers, the internet connection was a major letdown. The hotel appears to rely on a hotspot system, which was extremely unreliable—slow speeds and constant disconnections all weekend. Streaming services such as Netflix were unusable, and even basic browsing was frustrating. To make matters worse, the remote control had nearly dead batteries and worked intermittently. We were also disappointed with the rest and breakfast experience. After early starts each day, we were hoping for some quiet downtime in the afternoon, but this was hard to enjoy given the other issues. The weekend breakfast arrangement felt misleading. Instead of onsite breakfast, we received a $20 per person voucher to a nearby café. While the café was pleasant, it only opened at 7:30 am on weekends—not ideal when you're starting work at 6:30–7:00 am. And realistically, $20 doesn’t go far at most cafés these days, so it felt like a cost-cutting workaround rather than a genuine breakfast offering. On a positive note, Clara at reception on Saturday was professional and kind—she did her best to assist, though unfortunately there wasn’t much she could do. It seemed like her manager may have been present but avoided getting involved, which was disappointing given the situation."

"Stayed one more day, the flight to Brisbane was due on the 11th. The hotel is a little far from the city center, the bus is convenient, the bus in Cairns is 0.5 Australian dollars, and it is easy to reach various attractions. The hotel room is like a container, relatively large, and the kitchen utensils are complete. The front desk service is enthusiastic. The overall feeling is good."

"Average cleaning, the balcony should be a part of the room to be cleaned too. The room was fine ,the spring mattress I usually don’t like was fine to sleep on. Disappointed that I found a dirty bad matt in the bathroom cupboard,so instead we use a extra towel on the floor. Pest Control on the rooms should be good as we had a cockroach in the bathroom and ant in the tea /coffee cupboard. Otherwise position of the hotel is great close to town and some take away food restaurants. Good value , good for business people who travel around and don’t have to stay long."

"We arrived Early and the Staff Stowed our Luggage and Phoned us When the room was ready . we were in Cairns for medical appointments and the Cairns Harbourside is located close to the hospital the rooms are well lovely and clean and the beds are very comfortable ."

"Had a wonderful stay at cairns queen court! All the staff were super friendly. They always try their very best to help with our questions and provide suggestions to our trip planning! However, beware of the morning (ard 6:30am) house keeping if you wanna sleep in~ overall, I enjoyed staying there and had lot of fun in Cairns!"
