Underwhelming and expensive for what you get

The property is absolutely stunning and the staff are incredible. However the toiletries are lacking, and the beds are very uncomfortable, especially if you sleep on your side. Did not get much sleep there despite the quiet property. We ended up having to put the extra cot pads on top of our mattresses in order to rest. I know pillow top mattresses are not typical in Italy, but these are very, very HARD.

Nos chambres étaient du côté de la route.

Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Sehr schöne Location , romantisch. Sauberes Pool, saubere Zimmer
Etwas weit zu anderen Orten aber dafür sehr ruhig
Zustand von Sonnen Schirmen war etwas vernachlässigt
Bedingung im Restaurant sehr zurückhaltend
Aber wunderbare Ferien gehabt

Elskede alt ved dette sted! Hyggeligste sted med dejlige små kroge, skøn restaurant og dejligt poolområde. Værelserne var så fine. Personalet venlige og hjælpsomme. Mulighed for at låne mountainbikes og spille tennis. Kan virkelig anbefales.

Nie wrócę i nie polecam.
Brak klimatyzacji, okna wychodzą na drogę, całą noc hałasują samochody, łazienka koszmarna, woda ze spłuczki albo leci stale albo w ogóle nie napływa. Śniadania zamawia się u kelnerów, którzy i tak przynoszą co chcą w ilości jakiej chcą i kiedy chcą. Brak sprzątania, wymiany ręczników, (dostępne za opłatą). Na plus - obsługa bardzo miła i smaczne to co kelnerzy przyniosą na śniadanie.

The location and scenery was really great; as was the pool area with beds - a bit unfortunate that guests lay down their towels and are away for 3 hours and re-claim their parasols and beds again
The house was not clean , especially kitchen (all felt sticky) - there was no aircon (this was also not in the service description - but I filtered on pool, parking and aircon and this one turned up ; especially in rooms above it was really warm ...
The dining was not good (actually very poor) - we were there 3 times : very poor service overall (jn evening) in terms of : wrong meal served, very slow on delivery, needed to wait over an hour between rounds - with no attention if we need anything else : when asked it was indicated 5 more minutes , which turned out to be 15 min. ; meal served 2x without specifications (spoon, fork, etc.) ; side dishes vegetables were extremely poor (ingredients) ; whereas pricing was quite high

Nonostante la bella struttura in stile toscano, la gestione fa acqua da tutte le parti. Stanze arredate al minimo, poca cura nei dettagli, prodotti da bagno col contagocce, ristorante al limite del passabile (carne dura, pici zeppi d'aglio, ragù insapore ecc...). Non ce lo aspettavamo da un "4 stelle" e con questi prezzi speravamo in un po' più di qualità. Soprattutto e cosa più grave: grandissima scortesia da parte della direzione, senza un minimo rispetto per le esigenze della clientela. Siamo stati trattati a pesci in faccia alla vigilia del nostro matrimonio per un asserito errore sul preventivo. I nostri ospiti sono rimasti sbigottiti. Non ci torneremo mai più.

Stanze arredate al minimo, poca cura nei dettagli, prodotti da bagno col contagocce, ristorante al limite del passabile (carne dura, pici zeppi d'aglio, ragù insapore ecc...). Non ce lo aspettavamo da un "4 stelle" e speravamo in una maggiore qualità visti anche i costi. Soprattutto e cosa più grave, grandissima scortesia da parte della direzione, senza un minimo rispetto per le esigenze della clientela. Siamo stati trattati a pesci in faccia alla vigilia del nostro matrimonio per un asserito errore sul preventivo. I nostri ospiti sono rimasti sbigottiti. Da non ripetere. Sconsigliato a chiunque tenga a sé stesso e alla buona riuscita del proprio evento.
