Great overall, but needs a few tweaks The room itself was great, as was the location in regards to the event we were attending. It was clean, well equipped, spacious and quiet at night. However, I tried many times in the lead up to our stay to enquire about parking, but never received an answer and eventually gave up. We also ended up having to cancel one night of our trip and this process was not easy. It took several days with plenty of emails and chats. Then once we checked in the front desk still wasn't aware of our changes. It all worked out in the end, but it was a bit of a headache. I also thought it was silly of them to only have one person manning the front desk at checkout time (9:45am). There was a large wait and we ended up late to an appointment. Finally - the restaurant downstairs seemed really nice. We didn't eat there, but walked through more than once. They had a musician playing while people were eating and the volume of his music was so loud people had to shout to have a conversation. I've been at other places like this and hated it. Some quiet background music is great. Very loud music - no matter the type of music - makes it too difficult to have a conversation with the people you're dining with.
