They offered us to upgrade our room only 40$aud for bigger room and higher level. That’s good. We enjoyed our holiday at crown. Great location and so many entertainment 👍 highly recommended

The cleanliness was quite satisfying for a five-star hotel, and the facilities were reasonably good for the price. However, the service attitude was not as good as what I experienced at the four-star Crown Promenade.
