We are from Taiwan and stayed at Marriott Grand Residence Club Lake Tahoe on 6/16-6/17, thank you to the hotel manager Gabrielle for your warm reception and help us solve many problems. I would like to offer you my sincerest thanks. The room we stayed in was equipped with a kitchen and living room, which was very comfortable. The hotel also has a free laundry room with free laundry detergent and dryer, which is very convenient for those of us who travel long distances. Although the hotel does not provide breakfast, but there is a supermarket across the road from the hotel, which sells a wide range of goods at reasonable prices. You can go to this place to buy daily necessities. The hotel has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, sauna and barbecue grill utensils for guests to use free of charge. We will definitely come back again.

I stayed at the Marriott Grand Residence Club for a week in January, and it was a relaxed experience away from the city. The property's location is great - it is in the center of the village, literally right next to gondolas, restaurants, shops, and gear storage. Everything is within a 5-minute walking distance, including a movie theater, Heavenly Village ice skating park, and ski rentals. The front office team was fantastic - special thanks to Gie, Kelsey, Jen, and Joey for going above and beyond to assist with room allocation and ensure a comfortable stay. The on-site concierge was also very helpful and provided valuable recommendations for dining and activities. The 1-bedroom suite I stayed in was comfortable and included a full kitchen, a cozy dining and living area, and a bedroom. I had relatives with young children staying at Edgewood Resort, only a 5-minute drive away. Overall, it was a comfortable winter getaway, and I had a wonderful time visiting relatives in Lake Tahoe.

The rooms are extremely noisy and the walls are paper thin. Staff didn’t care had to talk them into letting me switch rooms. Then the room I got the fireplace didn’t work

We upgraded our room to a 1 bedroom place. It was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. It had a full kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve. The mini salt and pepper shakers were nice. There were minimal coffee supplies, but the front desk happily supplied more. Great AC in bedroom and living room. The gym was better than most with a bench, 5-50 lb dumbells, 5-6 upper body machines and 6-7 leg machines. There was also plenty of cardio options with 5 treadmills, some ellipticals and stationary bikes. The steam room was great and gets hot from room temp in about 5 minutes, but the sauna takes about 20 minutes, so best to plan ahead for that one. Pool/hot tub was closed for needed maintenance, so hopefully pretty nice next summer. Everything needed is a very short walk away, but the closest beach was paid when an attendant is on duty.
