Was kind of disappointed because the pictures and description did not fit the accommodation or the facility itself I don't think that I would stay there again

Photos show decent traditional motel style accommodation but no mention of a grim grey annex where we had our 2 rooms. Adequate in terms of actual faculties. Clean bedding , hot water but awfully run down with chipped sink, unusable coffee machine which leaked and half used cheap toiletries . Nice to have breakfast but day 1 - no fruit and tables not wiped despite the receptionist being present . Self serve with all plastic and cardboard containers. Day 2 - No cereal at all as no bowls ? My husband found one , opened some cereal then in marched the receptionist and took everything away . Good fruit juice but coffee wasn’t drinkable . Today bowl of apples . OK if you want absolutely basic budget but please warn folk of the grim annex . Think used by workers ? 2 enormous trucks set off at 06.30am each morning . No parking for us then with a young baby outside our digs .

There was smoke smell in the room. I already put my stuff and had to go to a meeting. Didn’t have time to switch rooms. Wgen got back at 8, the parking lot was full indicating all rooms occupied. Slept and got off the next morning. Front desk staff asked hope you don’t smoke sarcastically. That indicated to me the front desk staff customer service was poor

The room was updated, but the bathrooms are tiny. The shower was tiny and the shower pan needs to be replaced as it was sloping on an angle.
It is convenient to shopping, and the staff was great at making sure our rooms were ok. We had to change my mother's room as someone had been smoking in it. They were very friendly and amenable to helping us with whatever was needed.
There is a breakfast that was good. Choice of Jimmy Dean Sausage, Egg & Cheese sandwich, Waffles, bagels, cereal, toast and yogurt. Coffee, tea, milk and juices.
They also have a laundry room, which came in handy after we got caught in the sudden storm downpour and got soaked.
Overall a decent place.

The room outlets did not work… other than that tv has Netflix and the beds are super nice. Felt like sleeping on a cloud.
