Amazing staff!! The property is peaceful, clean, pet friendly, amazing room views and a pretty cool little pub in the lobby. Fireplace in the room with a lake view. Just spectacular. Highly recommend!!

Adequate room with comfy bed, fridge, decent size TV, coffee maker, ironing board, and iron. Two chairs and a small table in the room. Two tables on the deck. We had a room that faced the water. Which was lovely in September. Many of the rooms are facing the pool or the parking lot. Our room was fine in September because it was right next to the tiki bar that closed at sunset, which was around 7:30 PM. I can imagine that in the summer when sunset is later, the tiki bar would go much later into the night and may bother some people who are in this location. Pros - some people may actually love the tiki bar. There is a pool and small hot tub that conceit probably about six people. Every night they offer free s’mores kits around their fire pits. When I say Free though I also must mention that there’s a $35 resort fee so these aren’t exactly free. Cons - we were here for four days and three nights. Not once did the Wi-Fi work. When I called the front desk to ask about the Wi-Fi, they told me that “sometimes they have problems give it 10 minutes”. Again the Wi-Fi never worked so if you plan on needing Wi-Fi, this is not the hotel for you. I’m including a photo of the message we got, every time we try to get onto the Wi-Fi. Final note - this lodge is on the beach but beach chairs are only rentable for $20 each. If you live within driving distance, it would be best for you to bring your own chairs.

Joey at the front desk was excellent! Gave clear directions, was very pleasant and kind, and provided outstanding customer service. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thanks so much, I highly recommend this place. This is right next to the beach..

Excellent condition. I was here YEARS ago and it was nice, but not nearly as nice as now. We had some great drinks served by Benji, in the check in person, I think who was Joey, we're just great. Excellent staff! Very highly recommended. Now I need to waste eight words to fill the requirement

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is very helpful, kind and courteous. It was very beautiful sitting by the lake and around the fire walking the beach. This place was amazing. I give it 10 stars. Nina was very helpful. We will be back for sure. It’s a wonderful place to get away.

We had a fabulous time on our trip. The accommodations were a little dated and it was difficult to maintain the temperature in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked Nina, who went out of her way to answer all our questions!!
