My partner and I had a too-short staycation there and we were beyond pleased . Great for business, couples or families . a gem - ask for Hamra - he is the connect after checking in

The hotel is quite distinctive

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The staff were incredibly polite—truly the kindest I’ve ever encountered. Ahmadi, Riyan, Aji, Ari, Affan, and Panji were amazing staff at the restaurant. We didn’t even mention that we were getting married, yet the room was beautifully decorated. Such a lovely and memorable stay!

The rooms soooo comfy and clean. The food soooo perfect. I very like MIE AYAM!❤️ The services also 100000% very good. Thank you Mas Arief Abdillah who recommend me the MIE AYAM, and also his team Mas Riyan and Mas Daffa. So happyyyyy. I want to stay here again.

As I walked from the door, the place was magical from the Smile of the guy at the entrance to the worm greeting from the reception to the smooth check in that had this beautiful upgrade with amazing fruits and chocolate. It doesn’t get more comfortable than that but I slept onor the beautiful smell that was all over the hotel. I will not forget the delicious food I had in the restaurant or especially that special secret bloody Mary that they made for me specially it is something I would fly back for.

Stayed three nights in the Dharmawangsa and as always, it’s never enough. Some places, you simply don’t want to leave. Big shout out to the wonderful staff, especially the ones at the breakfast buffet. Arief in particular made my mornings very special (thank you helping with photos!), and so did Abdillah, Clara, Asi and the rest of the team. Is it possible to give an 11 out of 10 for this place?! I am already looking forward to my next stay.

What an exceptional service, all the staff looked after us & treated like royalties. Super friendly staff esp Putu Arya, Arief, Ryan, Diki, Sandra, Daffa, Daniel & fr spa Diane were amazing. They deserved more than 5Star rating. Bapak John & Ibu Gee will definitely come back.

This is a rather belated review of my wife's and my stay at The Dharmawangsa Jakarta from 26-29 June 2025. We are familiar with the hotel and have dined there before, but this was our first stay. Absolutely enjoyed the 6-Star accommodation, hotel facilities and staff. From top to bottom, each and every staff we encountered were fantastic. A special shout-out goes out to Pak Onggo and Pak Lucky, who went out of their way to ensure we were well looked after. It was also a refreshing change to see the Acting General Manager, Pak Angga, going around the restaurant and hotel proper enquiring how guests were, whether they needed anything. This shows the commitment of Senior Management towards the well-being of their guests and make their guests feel very special. Well done to one and all. We will definitely be staying there again when we next visit Jakarta.

Bapak Ahmadi took great care of us at the Jakarta restaurant during the whole duration of our stay ! The food, the cleanliness, the stay and the overall experience was excellent.

Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. I would especially like to highlight the restaurant team, led by Mr. Ahmadi. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality made every meal a pleasure. The service was impeccable, always delivered with a smile, and the team made us feel like valued guests at every moment. Thanks to their dedication and friendliness, our time at the hotel was not just comfortable but truly memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta – not only for its excellent amenities but above all for its outstanding people.

I visited Majapahit Lounge at The Dharmawangsa with my family to admire the timeless and eclectic interior by Jaya Ibrahim. The setting radiates refined heritage, with exceptional service from the staff. A special mention to Arief Abdillah, who made our visit memorable — directing our poses for photos, giving us a brief tour of a few rooms, and sharing fascinating stories about the lounge and hotel. The atmosphere was sophisticated yet welcoming, and the food was delicious! I look forward to returning for a staycation :)

Another visit for a business purpose. As always, maintenance plays an important practice to ensure the beauty exists and sustains. Love and enjoy the quietness, quality of bed and the warm welcome back. It was rainy during my stay, therefore I missed my swimming routine. Even though there is an indoor pool at the club. Jakarta restaurant now has a better recognition, I am happy they call me by name from Hostess to Server. And most importantly? My workshop went great! *************
