Hotel Prapancha Reviews

I swear this is the worst accommodation on earth, it's cramped, smelly, and has become a nest of festering ants. Hopefully it goes bankrupt quickly so it doesn't claim more victims.

Booking this hotel at about 8pm, the intention is to go straight to Jakarta and take a break. Deliberately booking a twin bed so that it can fit three people. Then arrived at the hotel, he said that if the three of you have to charge 150 Rb. Yes, the charge is 150 Rb. Then he was escorted to the room by his employees, ehh until he got to the room the mattress was just a normal one for 2 people. We complained to the receptionist, but they said if you want to get the twin bed, come at 2pm. In fact, use the order from the application to book the room, not even the room that has already been booked but given to another guest. We chatted for almost 1 hour and so on. I asked for an answer from the hotel about the room I booked, but the employee even said, "Okay, if you don't want that room, check in." This is the only time I went to the hotel and got this kind of service.

It's so serious that I'd rather sleep outside than stay here
