With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus two living areas (large flat screen tvs and pool table) completely stocked modern kitchen. This excellent property offers a welcoming stay with off street parking. Gorgeous backyard to enjoy hosting guests while staying. Enjoy all that South Bend has to offer when you stay at our place. We have a local property manager who insures the home is kept super clean and in fabulous shape.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings.Maximum event attendees: 30.

Great Property!
Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to campus. Clean house with comfortable beds. Excellent host. We will definitely stay here again!

Easy walk to stadium and so cute
The house was very clean, comfortable and amazing! They had everything we would ever need. Easy walk to campus and very pretty too. Certainly staying here again!!!
