Regarding the architecture and design of the hotel I find it magnificent... sublime staff.
Cleanliness for a 5* hotel not at all up to par.
I loved the garden and the swimming pool, the rooms etc.
Only it lacks maintenance, they say they are going to close for a major renovation, in this case... this is where I will stay every time I am in Tunis.

Last time I was there I have really enjoyed the 3 days at this hotel. I wanted my mom and sister to also experience the same thing and try escaping the daily routine and fun peace in a place like this.
They brought my cousin too! They all loved it 😍
The check in process takes time though, I wish it was more efficient. But overall, a great place to be.

I spent two days in the hotel room 511. The staff was very welcoming and responsive. Rom was well cleaner and with all amincies. Even if something missing they are very responsive. I strongly recommend the hotel for 2-3 days stay. Breakfast is average. They could improve alittle bit

Receptionists are extremely hostile and rude. They insult guests for no reason. Rooms stink because of moisture on walls ant it triggered my allergies and made me very sick. I do not recommend this place. There are also accessibility issues .

Pour y avoir séjourner 15 jours. C'est une sans faute. Je tenais à remercier le service de l'hôtel. Le service d'accueil pour leur sourire et leur gentillesse, notamment Chaima. Le personnel de cuisine leur service et le chef de cuisine pour sa qualité. Le personnel d'entretien de ménage de chambre pour leur qualité de propreté et merci à la gouvernante Dekra. We stayed for a week and had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive from the start. Breakfast was delicious, and the bar had a great selection of drinks. A special thanks to the restaurant for the incredible couscous with octopus and shrimp!

On à séjourné 3 jours, nous avons bien été accueillies, directement prises en charge à 4h du matin. Le personnel est très souriants et attentionnés envers les clients. Un bon petit déjeuner est servi le matin et ils proposent également une grande variétés de boissons au bar !
