Our 3rd trip back to Sugar Beach was like coming back home again. It was wonderful to see all the same staff who treat us with so much respect, are completely engaged in their activity, and have a can-do attitude to assure we are completely relaxed and have everything we need. The setting, the food, the beach, the coral and fish, and our cottage were absolutely beautiful. Even meeting other guests at the many resort social opportunities just added to our wonderful week. It truly doesn't matter if you are on your honeymoon, family vacation, adult reunion, or 50th anniversary there is fun, activities and relaxation for all. We are booking our 4th visit back to Sugar Beach now.

This is our second time back to Sugar Beach post pandemic and it was fabulous felt like a big improvement on our last excellent trip. We had a two bedroom ocean view residence - two equal sized rooms with common living and a shared plunge pool with an amazing view. The Butler Service provided by Mosiah was discrete and thoughtful - we had room service many times particularly lunch and breakfast (all inclusive package so just a tray charge and additional tip). The villa we had was a short walk to the beach but er used the transport service to come back. We never had to wait though we missed the old tuk tuks. Facilities are great - everything very clean and well swept - resort pool very inviting and lovely margaritas! Food seemed to be a step up as well from our last visit. Saltwood was truly special great service excellent food and classy entertainment - the balcony view is stunning. Cane bar was closed but the pop up sushi was really high end. We did a buffet one night and Jalouise grill is good - weakest restaurant is Bonte but still good. The new Raquet Club is fabulous - we had a padel lesson with pro Omah and he was a highlight of the week. Snorkling Sun decent food and stunning views of the pitons - didn’t even leave the resort it wa that good. And yes will be back ticks so many boxes thank you

This was our second visit to Sugar Beach Viceroy in two years and we absolutely love this hotel. Stunning location between two Pitons with amazing sandy beach. Facilities, views, food and drinks are amazing but what makes this place truly outstanding is the staff. From butlers to beach staff, restaurant staff, spa therapists and gym instructor. They all go above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. Everything runs so smoothly so you can relax and fully enjoy everything Sugar Beach has to offer. We cannot wait to return

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The villas and views are the best in the Caribbean! The staff at the Sugar Beach are extremely friendly and ready to attend to your every need. The food was amazing and with three restaurants to choose from you have endless choices.

If you’re searching for a resort in St. Lucia, you can stop right now and book Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort. You’ll thank me later. Actually go ahead and thank me now. There aren’t enough words to describe the beauty and tranquility of this paradise, paired with truly exceptional service. From the moment my daughter and I arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Jonathan, the resort manager and that was just the beginning of the five-star experience. Our butlers, Ned and Sherman, were incredibly attentive, offering great recommendations and ensuring our pre-booked accommodations were perfect. Every member of the staff from housekeeping to dining greeted us with genuine smiles and a willingness to help that made us feel so cared for. If you’re looking for a place to relax in nature, have fun, and leave your worries behind to truly rejuvenate, Sugar Beach is hands down the place to be.

Everything about our stay at Sugar Beach was great. The customer journey was exceptional from booking to arriving at the resort. We were greeted by our concierge coordinator who had everything ready for us. My husband was impressed and loved the personal touch added to our villa. The chocolatier and dining experience was amazing. We thought the Latin dinner was overpriced. However, we loved it and breakfast. The employees were warm, helpful and professional.

Apart from the breathtaking view of the pitons, what stood out most to me was the customer service. Our butler Beverly was attentive and friendly. Nyama was engaging and made us feel like we were at home, and appreciated. Melanie and Clian at the Bonte restaurant super attentive, great service. Anthea took care of us at the beach we enjoyed our conversations. As someone who is part of the service industry, I fully understand the impact of great customer service on a business. These are some of your superstars we encontered. Accomdations were comfortable, food was great!!!!

This review is long overdue. I went in October 2022 and had a lovely experience. We stayed in the junior villa which was incredibly clean, airy, and spacious. Our personalized Butler went above and beyond for us. For example, after one of the piton hikes my sneakers were covered in mud and he made sure they were spotless before I left. The beachfront at this resort is very comfortable and the view of the ocean adjacent to the volcanoes is breathtaking. I believe the beach is actually manmade and so the sand is perfect, no rocks or seaweed. All of the loungers are well equipped with appropriate shade, charging ports, and reliable wifi. The resort offers thoughtful excursions and we enjoyed hiking, visiting a chocolate plantation, and a sunset cruise. The food was fine. I have no complaints but nothing really stood out. You must try their pina coladas though, made from scratch and scores better than anything I’ve ever ordered in the states! All in all, ideal for honeymoons and relaxing beach getaways for couples. Personalized butler service made the experience feel super super luxe. Above average beachside service and amenities. PS: Don’t be afraid to visit in October. Bursts of rain are short and you can still enjoy being outside most of the day.

This has to be the best 5 star hotel in the whole Caribbean right now We have wanted to visit for a while and surpassed every expectation and truly outstanding. The staff are so happy, accommodating and professional. They delivered the most exceptional service we have received throughout the region. The whole resort was immaculately maintained with stunning accommodation and breathtaking views of the Caribbean ocean and local mountains (Pietons) The immense property & grounds houses 5 amazing eateries, large pool, vast golden beaches, rainforest spa and stunning waters for snorkelling
