Excellent location, big clean rooms, (we stayed a week in the Positano room on the 2nd floor. It may be larger than some. ) and the best staff. We loved Annabella and Anna who served us delicious b'fasts. Small, only 5 rooms I think. They have a nice elevator if you are on the second or third floor. We would definately return to this Hotel.

We thorougly enjoyed our recent stay at this wonderful boutique hotel. The Positano room overlooking an alley was just perfect. What we particularly liked were the lovely staff, great breakfasts and central location. We would really love to stay there again.

The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, tours, and transportation. Annabella and Ana were a delight and more than willing to help with anything you needed. I would definitely recommend.

No tengo palabras para describir a este hotel. Es perfecto. Está ubicado en el borde del barrio antiguo de Sorrento. Anabella es un ángel, casi que me dio vergüenza que me tratara tan bien. Todo está limpio, ordenado, decorado con buen gusto. La habitación es enorme, supercómoda y superequipada. Mil estrellas a este pequeño hotel encantador. Ni se les ocurra hospedarse en otro lugar en Sorrento.

Amazing location and the staff couldn’t do more for you. Extensive breakfast. Hot drinks, drinking water and snacks available all day. Recommended.

Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit. Le Palazzo Delle Grazie est très bien situé. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre très spacieuse et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et préparé avec beaucoup d’attentions. Nous conseillons de faire l’excursion bateau avec les membres du personnel du palazzo. Ils nous ont emmené découvrir tous les beaux endroits de la côte Amalfitaine. Pour clôturer cette magnifique journée nous avons eu la chance de voir des dauphins. L’ensemble du personnel est accueillant, gentil et disponible. Nous garderons un magnifique souvenir de ce séjour au Palazzo.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We stayed there over Christmas. Our room was on the 1st floor and was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Anna, were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was great and the coffee machine and snacks available 24 hours a day in reception was a huge plus. The location was excellent with lots of restaurants right there. We highly recommend this hotel in Sorrento and would definitely stay there again.
