Alessia人超好，我們還沒到的時候就寫郵件來聯繫我説明前台值班情況，怕我們到得晚還特地寫了一份詳細的自助入住説明。
酒店位置離火車站和碼頭都很近，所處位置很繁華，吃飯逛街都不耽誤。房間本身很寬敞，正好是個街角的街景房，但關上窗一點也不吵。如果不是淡季來的話應該能好好享受陽台早餐，11月的早晨坐在室外的話還是有點冷😝正好這次因為p人攻略又做歪了，也沒有多逛逛索倫託，希望下次有機會天氣熱點的時候再來。

We stayed at Elys Suites during our 3 nights in Sorrento at the start of our Italy trip. It was a fantastic stay all around! Allesia and Luisa were amazing hosts and accommodated our every need. The room was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, great breakfast and coffee, and an amazing view of the main piazza. Close to everything!! So cool! We recommend this small family run hotel fully! 5 stars all the way!

I have traveled the world. This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Centrally located in the center of Sorrento, this hotel is modern, bright, clean and very secure. It is within walking distance of shopping, dining and activities. Italian coffee is available all day and the breakfast served every morning is outstanding, with lots of selections. The best part? Alessia at reception. She kept us informed and made great recommendations for dining and shopping. In addition, she helped us with a fantastic boat tour to Capri and got us a wonderful driver to take us back to Napoli. Housekeeping was fabulous. You won’t be disappointed in the property or staff!

Absolutely exceptional location, room, service by Alessia and Luisa was so warm, kind and friendly!A beautiful buffet breakfast prepared by beautiful Luisa which you can take to your room and eat on the balcony! The room was spacious, spotless, perfectly appointed and new. Superb! Soo helpful and knowledgeable, didn't want to leave! A must stay in Sorrento! Thank you Alessia and Luisa for making it so perfect 💛

A beautiful and quiet oasis in the centre of Sorrento. So quiet and peaceful, yet you step out from the enclosed square in to the amazing street market and all the lovely restaurants that cater for families or romantic couples. The rooms are well equiped and spotlessly clean. The staff are attentive and very helpful. We had the best long weekend celebrating a family birthday. We certainly intend to go back.
