The two-bedroom apartment only had a wall-mounted air conditioning unit in the living room. During the Australian winter, this meant it provided absolutely no heating whatsoever to the rest of the apartment, rendering it completely useless. What made it even more ridiculous was a sign plastered on the wall, warning guests to keep the place clean or incur a cleaning fee, despite the fact that there wasn't even a single trash can in the bathroom. I really don't understand the hotel's mindset with this; the whole experience just felt incredibly unwelcoming.

I booked online and when arriving we found we were on the first floor with no lift! I had my elderly Mother that was unable to get herself up the stairs. The service was impeccable and they changed our room straight away to ground. We could not fault the services, cleanliness and facilities. The cafe before leaving was perfect for us to enjoy before traveling back to our home. Thank you.

This bungalow-style hotel offers free parking right in front of your room, perfect for a car trip. The waterfront plaza, home to a variety of restaurants, is just a 2-3 minute drive away. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel is within walking distance of Sorrento Beach, offering stunning sunset views. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Just across the road is the beach and close to the Karrinyup shopping center. We stayed here twice and it was very convenient. The only regret is that there is no elevator and the rooms on the second floor need to move boxes.
